“In my opinion the customer service representative was ok with my concerns although I felt she was getting annoyed with my questions via email but that’s ok. I don’t think ppl understand the vibes that are sent out via letters or actual voice communication. Some days are good and some bad but we have to remain focus on the goal and that’s to keep customers happy because they are the ones who keep companies afloat.”

“I had to replace the old ones that when on because they snap when I take off the stock exhaust to replace the gasket and now I have new studs bolts the job was hard to get them out but once I got them out the install was easy good quality stuff worth money.”

“Good quality parts at good prices. Bought at pair of 8mm spacers for my MK7 GTI and there was wheel wobble when cruising at highway speeds, although this was due to the lack of lip for the wheel to sit on so a pair of 10mm spacers with tapered lip fixed the issue. Both sets from urotuning.”

“Antenna base was as expected...smoked bumper and fender markers two different brands ...Though there both smoked there design weren’t the same was hoping they were matching like other brands that sell them together as a set”

“very helpful on the phone. had some trouble getting an account created fdue to their IT systems (got three acct confirmation emails at once several days post). wish they indicated inventory of their vendors, but that's probably having unrealistic expectations.”
