“I have autopay, was charged two days before plan expired, but US MOBILE still cut my service off. Said it was a technical issue but I think I deserve a refund of some sort. That was a lot of unneeded stress!!!”

“The price was the main attraction. You had low cost plans for occasional users like myself. In over a year, I only went over the 100MB data I purchased twice. Customer service was good.”

“The plan was reasonably priced for someone who is on a fixed income. The problem was, the person is elderly and is used to her original phone and was getting frustrated with a new device. We decided to go back to her original plan and provider due to this issue.”

“Arslan Qamar went WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He did an amazing job, was very professional, courteous and a wonderful personality all around. I even invited him to my home here in Massachusetts but he said the plane from Pakistan was too expensive! Haaaaa. If Arslan is ever in New England I would be very happy to meet up with him and buy him lunch. Arslan is a TREMENDOUS asset and reflects VERY VERY Good on US Mobile. Promote him, give him a raise and a vacation all expenses paid by the company. This guy is AMAZING!!!! 10 STARS”
