“It didn't. It told me that my porting is on hold, which made me a problem, and then later, it said to have "...an excellent day ahead!". I mean: "HOW to have an excellent day?". I don't understand.”

“I was having trouble with SIM card compatibility and essentially was left with two active lines and only one compatible phone for my Super LTE sim. Instead of making me run out the rest of the month with a sim/plan I couldn’t use, they found a way to cancel the plan and issue a partial refund due to the circumstances. Less than 24 hours for escalated response. A-class. I love this service.”

“I do like the inexpensive plans you have available since I only use my iPhone occasionally. I am disappointed that my plan went up almost 10% ($0.89) to pay for "regulatory fees" I still do t understand why this wasn't collected in the past and is now being collected.”
