“Excellent customer service. Had a small issue that was quickly addressed and all my questions were answered. I am delighted with the phone service itself and the price point is certainly reasonable as well. I plan on being a long-term customer!”

“Customer service is excellent! I asked a simple question if my EMEI was compatible but was informed that ther were updating their servers at the time. Kamil Khan hooked me up with extended customer service to make sure that I was informed of the compatibility after their update was complete!”

“I am new to US Mobile and I am so glad that I made the switch from Verizon. The voicemail feature on my IPhone stopped working and today I chatted with Kamil Khan. Kamil fixed the problem in one minute flat. I told him that he was a genius and he is. He was helpful, professional, didn't rush me and happily answered all of my questions. I'm a big fan of US Mobile!”

“Today I activated my 2 new sim cards the process went smooth and fast the number transfer from a different carrier was super quick Kamil Khan didn't let me go till we have set up the two lines completely he even helped me on my father in law account within the same session excellent work thank you USMobile”

“Service is great at a low price. Customer service is one of the best that I have seen. I had an issue with my pictures received through text were coming out blurry. Contacted customer service through chat and Aaron Wylie was the agent who help me with my issue. He quickly resolved it. Was very professional and patient something not everyone has. Definitely recommend US Mobile.”

“We have been with US Mobile for over a year now. The service has been excellent and tech support has been very quick and helpful when needed. Just today I needed support, and Kamil Khan was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent service. My past experiences with support have also always been positive. “Great quick service, I really love the dashboard. Never have issues with talking or texting, speeds are fast and reliable. I often have service with US Mobile when other people have little or no service. I use the LTE service which uses the Verizon Towers. Much less than Verizon I am paying like $20 for a plan that would be at least $50 on Verizon.”
