“They are one of the cheapest unlimited data MVNOs around. Customer service is very easy to deal with and will fix your problems incredibly quickly (Shout out to Aaron Wylie for the back end support). Verizon network with the Super LTE sim has very good coverage. Customer service really does respond in seconds.”

“Aaron Wylie helped us resolve a problem trying to port an old number over to US Mobile. When we couldnt get that done due to OTHER phone company he got a new number for us in the same area code quickly and professionally. Thank you!”

I like how customer service is available by way of chat, email, and phone, unlike some other communication services with whom I've had service through. “14 day free trial, how cool! It includes 1000 minutes, 1000 texts and 1000mb (1gb)! Very excited to try this service and be a new customer. $40 for unlimited everything is unreal! Kamran from customer service was very helpful as well 😄”

“After registering my service with payment, the system reset the account balance to $0. Had no network connection and had to drive downtown to a cafe with Internet to get online help. Once connected Aaron Wylie got me online in 2 minutes.”

“Aaron Wylie did a great job with the customer service portion and helped me get my phone to work. 5 stars for him! I left 4 stars because the Super LTE compatibility tool said my phone was compatible, but it wouldn't. I'm a weird corner case (custom ROM, European phone model), but I was relying in part on that tool when I purchased my phone. It still works on the GSM network, but that coverage isn't as good in my area.”

“U.S. mobile has great customer service. They have patiently helped me troubleshoot through my many questions. I am typing this review at 1:20am and Kamran Z. just helped me figure out how to get LTE data on my new phone. They are polite, pleasant, and most importantly, always help me solve my issues. I love the unlimited plan and I'm on the Verizon network -- win win! I am recommending this service to my friends and family.”
