They don't answer the phone calls. 25 pound gift looks very attractive. Now I am repenting. Should not have joined in the first place. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Bunch of theives Takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through on the phone. Don’t reply to emails. Manager never calls you back despite promises. Closed my account on 5th September and they still took TWO further payments from my account and now refuse to contact me to sort it out. A huge bunch of chancers !

As already stated, fine for first 4 months, cheaper than my old supplier but now they want me to pay 3 times the original DD, should have stayed where I was, don't do it

In June I joined UP and we agreed £56 a month or about that would be sufficient for the year. A couple of months ago they put it up to £86 a month and now even though I am in credit they are putting it up to £147 a month. Stay away these people are crooks.

Avoid! Starts off well, everything is as advertised. 3 months in, more than double the direct debit payments even though the initial payment had been calculated on yearly usage at their set costs. Impossible to speak to anyone and do not reply to emails or through social media. You will regret switching to them and I dread when the contract ends and trying to get away from them.

The worst company I have ever been with, been with them 10 months no one has ever been out to read the meters ever and they charged me £290 for July when we was in the USA for half of that and our bill for that month has always been around £120/130 also now they are saying we are in debt for £551 without ever from the start looking at the meters. We have to pay it or we can't swap. Please stay away!.

We signed up with Utility Point as they were by far the cheapest, it wasn't until many months later we got a threatening email claiming we owe them roughly £400, after not receiving any bills from them. when we checked the rate we were actually paying it was nearly double that of the advertised rate, customer service was appaling with a cut and paste snotty response. We have now complained to trading standards and Ofgem. Avoid at all costs.

Impossible to speak to a member of customer service as the call queue is never ending. I've been on hold for hours, and whenever I have spoken to someone I've been passed to another operative. Useless. Happy to be leaving.

did not take direct debit for 3 months?because I was in credit. I contacted them and paid up the amount owing. They then upped my monthly direct debit by twenty pounds. Confusing way to bill customers and not very helpful, Am considering leaving even paying the exit fee, though they did not observe the terms of the agreement

Changed my direct debit without justification. They agreed that was wrong but went ahead anyway with the increase. Terrible customer relations. Will be glad to switch at the end of our contract

Won't let me switch away to another company - say we arecin debt even tho we are in credit. Impossible to contact - stuck on a higher rate with them. Avoid at all costs - once you're with tjem they dont let you switch away from them.

I regret switching to this company... they either don't respond to messages at all or best case, take several weeks to respond - even to basic account questions.

I am going to sue this company. I asked to leave them and they are forcing me to stay with them. They even made an objection. I started to pay bills with the new supplier and they are charging me 200 pounds for 3 weeks bills ( only gas) I tried to call them they are ignoring me. I emailed them and they still ignore me. I am talking to a lawyer to take things further. Do not use this company. On google they have very bad reviews. And another account with fake good reviews.

I am about to switch to Utility Point but I have had 3 different direct debits in a week. I tried to call them 3 times in one morning. I left my No. to call me back, waited - no call. I called again and the phone rang for 6 minutes so I gave up. I called again and left a message to call me urgently, still waiting. There is no way to speak to a person . I might give up on them and try a different supplier. I will not recommend them. 1/10

If I could give a nil star review I would. Do not touch this shoddy company. Only been with them since June 2018 started on £71.00 DDM and now increased to over £250 even though account is £462.32 in credit which they refuse to give back. They never answer calls and likewise with emails. DO NOT GO WITH THEM! I have paid over £800 in direct debits since June that's not right.
