Robbing people blind I'm on there vulnerable people list and threaten me with adverse credit unless I paid them my last 10 pounds,to last me a week check your bills people

Awful company avoid at all cost! They promise things will be done while speaking but must put the phone down and forget all about the conversations. Keep giving estimates way over the top have ignored my emails as well as the meter reading I sent in and made one up Gave a false reading to my previous company claiming I had read the meter when I hadn't? Emailed me yesterday to say they'd ring me midday today now 630pm still waiting. I shall be leaving ASAP when companies start taking on new people! Be warned so stressful!

Terrible customer service. Last email I got from Sandra just took the mickey. Sort the problem I have got, never assume it has been fixed. IT HASN'T. I refuse to wait on hold for more than an hour. I will be leaving UW at my earliest possible moment.

Why has my kw price for electricity went up from 30p to 41 p when the cap is set at 34p, and sending estimated readings when I have sent in the meter readings, absolutely shocking company.

Ive been a customer to Utility Warehouse for 14 Yrs I feel the foundation as disappeared on the customer service aspects, 4hrs over two days on hold and I gave up in the end, unbelievable.

Does anyone actually work at Utility warehouse? I moved into a new house and they provided the gas and electricity for the previous owner, I was trying to get through to someone most days to activate my account for 3 WEEKS! I was left on hold for 45 minutes each time I rang before I gave up. Got through occasionally to a person but they still couldn't help me and just transferred me again to hold for another 45mins! I gave up after 3 weeks and contacted Octopus who I used before, they apologised for the long wait (which was only 15mins) and they sorted everything out for me there and then which was super simple and great customer service. I now have a bill for those weeks from Utility warehouse to pay (which is fine) but I can't talk to anyone to actually pay and can't do it online as my account number isn't valid. I am currently on hold again (40mins so far) but if they want my payment they can knock on my door as this is an joke! Never use this company!

had to call numerous times as they were not very helpful. Also on wait for around an hour on average. Not happy at all. cant even help me with a meter reading. Also be careful when signing up for a bundle package. Had broadband added 18month contract. Had it for 2 months but then had to move house, so needed to cancel services. Was charged £421 early termination fee. What a joke. How can they call it an early termination fee if i am paying for the whole 18 month contract

Horrendous. I called about a bill that had shop up from £90 to £800. I was PROMISED there was a protection on the payment and it wouldn't be taken for 30 days until the issue was resolved and I'd be set up with a payment plan if needed. Next day, £800 gone from my account leaving me with nothing for the month. I have been on hold for 45 minutes. AWFUL company

Tenants abandoned property and I have spent hr after hr after hr on the phone. The company are totally clueless and I am just passed on to clueless operator after clueless operator

I am very hard of hearing. I have emergency insurance cover for my house, and a drainage problem. They offer 4 day reply to emails, no text offered or a way to contact them if you have a disability..does the disability discrimination law still exist?

Truely terrible customer service. The fact that I am taking the time to write a review speaks volumes. Currently on hold for 1hr and 14 and now have to wait another 27 minutes to be put through to the correct person. Call centre staff are useless and keep putting me on hold while they look stuff up.... can't help but think they get paid by length of each call because they drag them out so much.

ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING they lie from the start of setting you up. They take more money even when you haven't used that amount on energy, they promise a cash back card which I'm still waiting for after 4 months, they promise £50 cash back if you install a smart meter then tell you they are too busy to install one and haven't an engineer in the area Cumbria. They have taken more out of my bank without consent and will not reduce over the phone even though I am not using that amount unbelievable would not recommend they are full of false promises

Awful company Messed my bill up in June and admitted to giving me the wrong bill. Now September and still messed up bills I either have bills with no amount owed on or bills of £500. Says pre may meant meter on my bill for electric when I have credit meters Energy ombudsman is now involved AVOID this company

UW - would be giving them 0 stars if I could. Worst company ever, on hold for over 2 hours, been trying to contact them about an overcharged bill from July to August, cant get through to anyone and can if you can you get passed from pillar to post without any help. I am glad I moved to Octopus in August just to get away from them but they have sent me bailiff letters for the money I owe them. Ended up going to energy advice Scotland as I cant contact anyone by phone and the email I am getting all say the same thing, no one is trying to sort this out. Energy advice Scotland have asked UW to put a hold on the bailiff letters as this is under investigation and asked them send me a deadlock letter, no response as yet!!! This case will be referred to the Energy Ombudsman if it is not resolved. AVOID UW AT ALL COSTS, unless you really want the stress.
