I had new boiler fitted last year valley heating services are very good answering any questions and quick to help if you have a problem

My boiler keeps loosing pressure I couldn't get hold of valley heating so I phoned the boiler makers who told me if they came out and there was nothing wrong with the boiler they would charge me £ 90 for the call out . I then got hold of valley heating who said they would find out how much it would cost to have a controll put in my cupboard so I could top the pressure up myself.This was months ago still not heard a thing. My boiler is in the attic and it's ajob to get anyone to go up there to look at the boiler.

New boiler fitted 9th September 2016. Jason the fitter arrived, inappropriately dressed. T-shirt with semi-naked ladies on it. Was told, before new boiler was fitted, that all the radiator valves would be replaced, but they were not. Outside pavement flag broken during drilling process. I asked for it to be replaced. STILL WAITING. Phoned several times, no reply to my complaint about flag being replaced. Broken flag is uneven and there is a danger of myself or others tripping. Room where boiler was fitted was left in a very dirty state. I was left to clear and clean the fitters mess up after him. I reported all these matters to Paul who came to check the job afterwards. He said he would report back and get the flag replaced, STILL WAITING. Would I recommend Valley Heating Services to anybody, NO. Not if this is an example of their workmanship

I was appalled that the entire boiler had to be lifted up into place by the man working on his own. It was extremely heavy and there should have been two men for the job (or this part of it.) This is a Health and Safety matter, as an accident could occur, as well as the installer straining his back, especially over the years.. Similarly, the delivery of the boiler was made by an older man who, again, should not have been made to shift heavy loads. Workmen should be treated with respect and not exploited like this; I felt it was unfair and felt guilty for putting them at risk, although it was not my fault. IT IS A BAD MANAGEMENT DECISION. Neither of the men complained or made any remark about this - but it was what I witnessed, and I would not like a husband or son of mine have to put up with such conditions. The boiler, however, is perfect and is absolutely quiet in operation.

Absolutely delighted with the whole service! We had an engineer called Darren out and he fitted my boiler efficiently! I am really pleased with the work! Would definitely recommend Valley Heating Services to anyone!!!

I got a nice boiler fitted with no fuss no mess, I got 100% off with the gov warm home, but still got 100% service and "A"rated boiler. Couldn't be simpler and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Valley.

I am an 87-year old person living in my own house. Initially things went well, with an appointment being made within the promised time scale. However, the change out of the boiler was scheduled and then cancelled the day before installation. A second appointment was made for which family travelled the day before to be on-site to assist. The appointed contractor did not appear at the scheduled time, and after various phone calls it transpired that the contractor was not coming and a new appointment would have to be made some weeks later. We thought the next day would be more appropriate bearing in mind my status. Finally, at the third attempt a contractor did appear and carry out the work, with the exception of the wireless thermostat which 'was not on the van'. This item is still outstanding. It took three weeks from initial appointment date to installation, delays which are not acceptable for a vulnerable elderly client.

Fantastic engineer who came at 08.00 and worked hard all day until he had it fitted. I was very impressed with him and our new boiler. The office side was a little bit chaotic but with the engineer they sent out I was very very impressed. Thanks

What a pleasant change, a company with technicians who turn up when they say they will, who go beyond the basic into fantastic customer service and contact you after to ensure everything is up to your satisfaction. We paid a very low price for our new boiler, it was fitted in one day! We had a considerate engineer who understood our four dogs needs (for the garden) I would recommend this company to anyone. They've restored my faith in contractors after so many awful experiences.

The worst experience of a firm in a long time , You are not at all organised , Wont deal with you ever again , Dreadful So I dont think for a min you will publish this review.
