Our experience was poor because of VHS's slowness to respond to our queries. The person we needed to speak to was never available and we were shunted from one to another.It was months after our application was made until the boiler was fitted. The work was done under the Government scheme, Warm front, and we were given the impression that VHS took on the contract because they were obliged to. During the fitting a radiator was removed and taken into the garden. During this procedure it leaked over the carpet in the lounge and stained it.

I made the mistake of applying for a grant, for a new boiler which was successful and this is where the problems started. I didn't hear anything from Valley, so I rang them and was told that they were coming on 15/12/2016. Result,or so I thought, they turned up as expected, started the work finished after about 4 hours and I could not believe the mess they left, boiler is situated in cupboard at end of bathroom and bathroom floor was covered in mud and in the cupboard,not one bit of brick dust was cleared up. That was the installation day. I had no thermostat fitted and had to wait until the tenth of January for it to be done,after making ten phone calls and never having one returned. In the meantime I received aLPG bill for £500 pounds due to boiler not cutting out. Wireless wi-fi not working properly, so now am waiting for electrician to return. I am disabled and this is very stressful. AVOID

I had my boiler replaced and the engineers were extremely polite, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them

little disappointed as we were rang just under a year after fitting to arrange for a free first year service, we could not do the date given and was told they would ring back with alternative date, but heard nothing more

The helpful advice and speed of service in fitting a new boiler was excellent. The workmen very pleasant and efficient and left no mess. I would recommend the service to anyone

Had a new boiler installed from this company...the engineer was first class and fitted it in no time at all, when I went to look I could not believe that he had done it with NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER to the wall or decor!!!!! Everything was clean and working smoothly, was given clear and informative instructions on how it works and what to do if I had any problems. Also had a follow up visit to check all was well. EXCELLENT SERVICE. The phtograph shows exactly how things were after the boiler was fitted, nothing has been touched.

I had valley heating to install my new gas boiler,excellent service,they turned up on time he was a friendly young man they did a really good job left my house nice and tidy,I would definitely recommend them

HAD A NEW BOILER FITTED WAS LEFT WITH A BUSTED SHOWER HOLES IN WALL REFUSED TO COME BACK HAD TO GET PLUMBER OUT AT 9 OCLOCK AT NIGHT HAD TO HAVE NEW SHOWER

The installer gave 100% of his time and came from yorkshire all the way to the Sussex coast. He was quick and efficient and spent his time non stop on the boiler and checked the radiators.

My fitting of this boiler was done on time one year ago on the 16/2/2016, but now need the one year service , have tried to phone you several times but can never get through, in the past i have again tried to contact you for help with the boiler controls etc without success, iam hoping tis will improve with your new website, please contact me for the service i need very soon. paul buckton 31 sutherland ave leeds ls8 1by mob 07974799983

Survayer removed old boiler case to look at data plate and left top screws out potential co leak. Fitters have fitted boiler but fit the magna clean filter on the wrong side put it on the flow when a filter should be on the return to protect your boiler. Also they fit a condensate pump but didnt wire in the safety cut off. Good job im a heating service and repair engineer or there could have been a incident. Would not recomend at all. When i phoned up about it i was spoke to very abruptly. I rectified there faults myself. All the engineers wanted to do was get it done as quick as possible and go home.

All was great engineer/fitters turned up on time and on the start day . The boiler and heating were installed very quickly . Ther was little mess or disruption and always polite and professional . Everything was done as we had been informed it would be . Thank you

You took over 6 months to sort the grant for my elderly father in law then you made 5 apps to fit and cancelled 3 and didn't turn up on 2 despite being told that he had no heating and hot water as boiler had stopped working. To leave a vulnerable person with no heating over xmas is unacceptable. subsequently my father in law passed away before you could fit but getting a refund of money already paid is proving to be a nightmare. Whilst your staff are always polite it has always been passed to someone else and they never return calls possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with !!!!
