I bought a power bank which I was going to use on the West Highland Way
Hiking trail. Unfortunately when I used it to charge the power bank got quite hot while the phone was charging. Was weird.
I've got another brand one for years never come across an issue like that.
I contacted Valley and Peak and told them my situation about the upcoming trail. It was also August Bank holiday weekend.
Well it was excellent service from them. I returned like they said on the Friday of the holiday weekend. Next weekend Wednesday I had my replacement for my WHW hike.
No issues at all. That powerbank helped me so much through my long-distance trail.
