“These are truly flowers made with that little bit of extra care and love. I purchased the Enchantment bouquet to give to my aunt who I hadn't seen through all of lockdown and she couldn't take her eyes off them! She sent me a photo a couple of days later after the lillies bloomed and they were stunning. Easy to use website and very efficient at collection. Will definitely be using Van Arthur again!”

“Did a Google search for a florists in Harrow Middlesex and they came highly recommended on Google reviews. I was not disappointed with the service they provided and the sympathy flowers they sent. As I live Manchester the communications was extremely good.”

“I placed my order online late on a Saturday night, from the US after searching high & low for a florist that would deliver the next day. I was so relieved to find Van Arthur Florist. I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be, as I’ve never ordered from them before. When I woke up the next morning, my mum had already received a beautiful bouquet- it was quite lovely. The flowers were fresh & beautiful! I highly recommend them, I will be sure to use them from here on! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!”

“The service at Van Arthur was excellent. I needed flowers on bank holiday weekend and they were the only florists open locally to me. Not only did they have a good range of flowers, but they were able to have my bouquet ready within an hour for same day collection. The bouquet was beautiful with rare flowers chosen and the recipient was very pleased! Thank you for your birthday exceptional service and array of flowers!”

“Good flower, the only issue was that you told me delivery would be late afternoon and you would contact me ahead of this but I got a call from delivery driver at 3 saying he at my place. I wasn’t home as was expecting a call and late afternoon delivery so was slightly stressful.”

Thank you Silvia, apologies we could not be more accurate with delivery times. The truth is as it's so difficult to estimate an accurate delivery time factoring in traffic, driver load, route complexity and other anomalies, the textbook answer is to not give an indication of time at all - we should have followed this rule so we do apologise for our mistake. In future if you do require your flowers at a very specific time, we promise to always have your flowers ready at the time you require when you opt for collection instead of delivery. We hope next time your experience will warrant 5 stars!
