“The van came a little later than expected, the service team we great but my only concern was that the "add blue"light came on after 400 miles - we only top up our vans after 10 000 normally so this was delivered nearly empty. other than that a good service and we will be approaching for more vehicles. R ewing - director”

“from start to finish took 3weeks, we had to keep ringing to find out what was happening. but the car came on the day and time they said, very happy with car .”

“The process of ordering the van was painless,and a damn sight cheaper than my local dealer,delivery was delayed by 10 days which was annoying but not the end of the world and I would recommend them to all van buyers.”

“Good service and communication from the moment i spoke to Dale in sales, he was very helpful. Ok he was doing his job but nevertheless can't fault him. Once sale went through customer service were very helpful in dealing with the delivery of the van and my queries”

“vansdirect where very good and dealt with all my inquiry's very pleased with the service I received. there was just one thing that I was disappointed with that let down the good service I had from vansdirect, this was the delivery of the van when it arrived the chap driving it had got chocolate on the seat. and he looked like he could have done with a wash . I would recommend putting disposable seat covers on for delivery. At the end of the day the delivery is important as this is the only face to face contact I had with vansdirect.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Salesman gave excellent advice and knew their stuff. Customer care outstanding keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. After sales contact to ensure I was happy.. definately use them again and wold highly recommend them”

“This being my fist Brand New van I am excited with the deal you gave me but disappointed that no free service for the first year and not quite understanding the Breakdown service I am getting what it entails with now having the Van Since December I read All theses deals what's going round and think maybe I was wrong in a decision I made Rhank you Mick Ridley”

“Great service..easy company to deal with..had a bit of a hiccup re delivery dates. Eventually sorted. If the mix up hadn't happened would have given very good.”

“The service is good, and my van arrived quickly, although not to happy that it turned up with one previous keeper on the log book! dont recall being told that at any point and when ask the customer service about it I get ignored!!”
