“Worst service ever. Think twice. They charged me $14.00 for shipping and my package was 2 weeks late. I demanded a refund for the outrageous shipping fee and they refused. Don’t risk your money with these people! It isn’t worth the headache, find another company. Kristy O.”

“The 1st thing that upset me was, more order wasn't even sent out till day 13 and after 2 emails. And the product description wasn't the greatest. It would of been nice to know that product we ordered was really only for group use and not i would blow through way faster than I thought.”

“The only thing i have a problem with is that the hookah that lights up taste like fumes. It’s the 60,000 puffs. This has happened to the last 4 that I have purchased. Hookalit Pro. I puff on it and then the tastes of fumes start to come through not even 70%.”
