“We used to place a large order every month for a year. I have sent many emails complaining of a vape no longer working with documentation and still haven't heard back. This was six weeks ago and still no response. Customer service needs major improvement.”

“The shipping isn't all that great don't pay for expedite because it won't be received as shown, other than that it's fine. I have made 2 separate orders one 2 day shipping and the other regular. The 2 day shipping still hasn't left the warehouse from Thursday evening. 2 day I figured would be Monday but I'm looking more towards Friday before receiving which is a week and not 2 days. So, there you have it”
