“Bought a set of mud flaps *front and rear, lovely quality and fairly quick on delivery. My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that there were no self tapping screws included. :( I could have sworn I heard the guy say on their YouTube commentary that there were screws supplied? Still, I will still buy more goodies from them for my T5.1 ????????”

“Bought bottom and middle roller guide for side door T4. Bottom guide didn't fit as arm too long. Was going to call but as it was Sunday and I'd already striped the old one out decided to alter new one to fit. Had to drill and tap new fixing hole and cut down arm length . Not a problem for me as I've got all the kit though bare this in mind if you don't . Check arm length with yours before ordering, mines a '97 1000 1.8D so it may just be this model. Apart from this, items arrived promptly and a great price. Will use again”

“Great service in supplying roof bars and mud flaps. However there was no instructions for fitting the mud flaps. When I checked on line there was an excellent u tube from VeeDub explaining how to fit. A small note in the order, or when ordering would have been of assistance . Apart from that great stuff”

“Website not clear on difference between products for t5 etc and i later discovered for 2012 vehicle, after ordering, it should be t5.1. Place to put car reg on website would be usefull. However, e mail about order was responded to quickly and manually changed. This was very good. Parcel could have done with accompanying letter to explain the different label on it. I am not the owner, vw enthusiast or dim but need guidance when it's a present.”

“The roof bars are very good and we're easy to fit. The only issue was that the pictures included the cross bars which was misleading, and there is nothing in the text to say they are not included. Apart from that J am 100% happy with them.”

“A bit of a let down by the courier service: Expected next day delivery and waited in all day. Unfortunately from 10am the next day my delivery was at the TNT's Deeside depot 8 miles away, according to TNT's tracking and didn't arrive for a further 24 hours.”

Hi Michael, Please accept my apologies on behalf of TNT, obviously unless we are contacted we are not aware of failure on TNT's part. I can confirm that we shipped your order on 6th, same day that we received your order and goods should of been with you on 7th, but unfortunately I can see that goods were received by you on the 8th, I will now take this matter up with TNT as to why goods took 48hrs instead of 24.
