“I ordered over the phone,and found that the lady who dealt with my order knew exactley what I was talking about and what i wanted.The order was dealt with very promptley and I received it within 24 hours.Highley satisfied with overhaul service. Kelvin Hawkins.”

“Website not clear on difference between products for t5 etc and i later discovered for 2012 vehicle, after ordering, it should be t5.1. Place to put car reg on website would be usefull. However, e mail about order was responded to quickly and manually changed. This was very good. Parcel could have done with accompanying letter to explain the different label on it. I am not the owner, vw enthusiast or dim but need guidance when it's a present.”

“The roof bars are very good and we're easy to fit. The only issue was that the pictures included the cross bars which was misleading, and there is nothing in the text to say they are not included. Apart from that J am 100% happy with them.”

“Very good service, quick delivery and well packed for protection. Roof Rails fitted easily and look great on the van. I have not tried the aero bars yet, just had no need, but again they look the business. Very happy customer.”

“A bit of a let down by the courier service: Expected next day delivery and waited in all day. Unfortunately from 10am the next day my delivery was at the TNT's Deeside depot 8 miles away, according to TNT's tracking and didn't arrive for a further 24 hours.”

Hi Michael, Please accept my apologies on behalf of TNT, obviously unless we are contacted we are not aware of failure on TNT's part. I can confirm that we shipped your order on 6th, same day that we received your order and goods should of been with you on 7th, but unfortunately I can see that goods were received by you on the 8th, I will now take this matter up with TNT as to why goods took 48hrs instead of 24. “Product as described. Price and delivery good. Let down by the fitting instructions. For the side bars there was no instructions included. These were emailed after a call to them. The roof bar parts list had some nuts included that were not in the package. Turns out they were not needed. Attention to detail needs improving in this case. I would recommend this company as they sorted out the problems quickly and efficiently which to me is always a good sign.”

“I bought both the T4 rear corner bars and the side steps. Both are really nice products, well made and finished, solid gauge metal with very robust fittings. For what they are I think they are also competitively priced. They were delivered quickly and in very securely packaging. I would have given them 5 stars but the instructions are poor with some difficult to orientate, underexposed photos of the underside of a van, I could make very little of them. M.McC”

“Just took delivery of some lwb t5 polished stainless steel roof bars. Perfect fit,strong and very shiny. They look great! I did exchange the supplied bolts and washers with some stainless steel ones As I thought this would stop any corrosion problems in the future. Overall,very pleased,good service and will definitely be using Veedubtransporters again. Dave Fendley.”
