“Ollie is really helpful and knowledgable,products are good However your returns system sucks £15 for delivery £30 to return and you still expect the customer to pay if damaged in transet.Realy need a better system on returns .Will still be using you again ,but will run every purchase though Ollie before commuting.”

Hi Greg, Sorry you were not happy with our returns service. You were charged £14.99 postage for your item due to the size of the item (spoiler) and unfortunately because you decided you didn't want this spoiler you as the customer have to bear the return costs, we only cover return costs if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly, this is standard retail practice sorry but am glad to hear you will be using us again and we will work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want on future orders.

“Delivery of T4 vectors (running boards) was exceptionally fast (ordered Sunday afternoon, delivered Monday)! It was well packaged however there were no instructions with it which meant I could not verify if I was missing any parts. I emailed Veedub with some photos of what I received and they promptly posted a few bolts and plates which I was indeed missing. They also emailed me a parts list with photos on how to install. The vectors were not difficult to mount and bolted on as per instructions. After everything was bolted on solid I did find the vectors to bend a bit when I (90kg/14 stone) stood on the sliding door section. Maybe this is common but I was not expecting that. To have rated this product "Very Good" the price would have to have been round the £110 mark rather than the £140 I paid, and in addition having the parts all there including a printed parts list with clear fitting instructions.”

“T5 mudflap set - fitting video for rear set helped a lot but could have done with instructions for fronts as had to figure out where to use expanding plastic grommet/sleeve, ie by pushing into existing rubber grommet on vehicle. Other than that, happy with product and the rear flaps look so much tidier than the vw ones.”

“The bit order 1 day came the next amazing got the 1 piece upper and lower grill kit plus wind deflectors both fitted very well not 100% sure about the quality of chrome finish tho but for service delivery first class”

“bought a window kit for my T5 and the centre blind kit. window kit is easy to fit but you Must watch the fitting video to make sense of where the rails go . the centre blind divider kit HAS NO VIDEO, so you have to work it out yourself, depending on your van you will need to cut the track and bend it a little which is not too hard ( watch the curtain fitting video for help) I was worried on going through the outer roof skin or hitting wires in the roof if I fitted it on top of the plastic divider trim in the roof. Don't fit it here fit it further back 5-25mm back from the plastic trim is fine there is a metal brace in the roof to screw it to. all stuff seems good value , arrived quickly and not badly packed, make sure you use the right size drill bit for the screws and a decent screwdriver so you don't round the heads of when fitting the screw.”

“First off I'm very pleased with the way the seat covers look, I'd say they were the best looking out there for the price, unfortunately one of the covers was marked but I have to say the help I got when wanting to send it back was really good, they sent me out a replacement straight away and I now have a full set of VW T5 seat covers that transform the look of my van!”

“Covers for my new T5 single front seats took over 3 hours to fit even with the YouTube help.. You really should provide a fitting service. I did ask. However they are a snug fit and look good, just a major problem to fit. My van has arm rests I think that was the problem.”
