“Hi, finding,choosing and purchacing are all fine, but there is no information as to when,how and why by, my purchace will be received. I have to trust to luck to be availlable to receive the delivery, this is why you have only received a normal instead of something higher. Yours D G.......”

Morning Dave, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your delivery details. You should of received confirmation upon ordering and again upon us dispatching, you also should of received an email direct from My Hermes with all your tracking details, to enable you to make arrangements for delivery which was received within 3 working days. “Hi my recent order was geR knob and gator 3x stainless door steps whitch did not match the pictures on your web site of the step covers on your photos that are drilled out holes and cut out letters mine were just pressed out letters and holes as for driver and passenger covers all that do is look basis unlike the ones in your photos I did fit them as I thought it wouldn't be worth sending back to you all I can say is the products need to be true to your pictures”

Hi Melvin, I am very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your step plates, however I can confirm that they are exactly that as on the image on our website, the letters are not cut out they are pressed as those that you have received. “These side repeaters look nice, but what veedub don't tell you is that once they are fitted, you don't get the standard indicator ticking noise, this indicator ticking sound is now really fast because it thinks there is a fault with the electrical working of the lights, this is due to them being LED bulbs.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review, however the 3m tape will only adhere correctly if the surface is 100% dry and grease free, we have several vehicles here with the bumper protector fitted to and my own personal vehicle which has been fitted for 18months now with no problems what so ever.

“Product as described. Price and delivery good. Let down by the fitting instructions. For the side bars there was no instructions included. These were emailed after a call to them. The roof bar parts list had some nuts included that were not in the package. Turns out they were not needed. Attention to detail needs improving in this case. I would recommend this company as they sorted out the problems quickly and efficiently which to me is always a good sign.”
