“Ordered the vee dubs wind deflectors on recommendation from a fellow VW T6.1 camper van owner. Great price ,arrived the next day, fitting instructions and fitting tool included, as well as the instruction video on the website if needed. Hassle free fit in 10 Minutes and they look great”

“Waiting over 2 weeks for gear stick cap still not arrived by Royal mail (£2.99).when I purchased it.said 3/5 working days.veedub said they would contact Royal mail after 21 days JOKE”

Hello, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay with your order. Having reviewed your order, we can see that the selected shipping method was a Royal Mail stamp delivery. While this service typically takes 3–5 working days, this is only an estimate and occasional delays can unfortunately occur. We understand that you contacted our customer service team on 8th April regarding the delay. At that time, you were advised that Royal Mail does not classify stamp deliveries as lost until 21 days after dispatch. However, in an effort to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, our team kindly asked you to wait until Friday 10th to see if the item arrived, rather than the full 21 day period. As of this morning, we have checked the status of your order and can see that it has still not been delivered. To ensure this is resolved promptly, we have arranged a replacement order for you, which should be with you shortly. “Dissapointing follow up customer care. The ordering and delivery process was great. The actual bumper protector itself was as described, however the protective strip couldn't be removed without puling the adhesive element off aswell. (IYKYK). So we contacted customer care for advice and, in summary, they basically said we had damaged it and offered a replacement roll of tape at a cost to us!! It categorically was not a fault of ours but now they are not reposnding to our emails.”

However, we’re sorry that you experienced difficulties during installation. After carefully reviewing the images provided and the details shared in our email correspondence, the damage visible to the adhesive strip is not consistent with a manufacturing fault. The markings and separation shown indicate that the tape has been damaged by an external factor, which can prevent the backing layer from being removed as intended. When applied and handled as designed, starting from the ends of the strip, the backing will peel away cleanly. Our intention throughout was to offer a practical solution to help you complete the installation. The replacement tape we offered was suggested on this basis, rather than to cause any inconvenience. We always aim to be fair, and while we understand you may disagree with our conclusion, we remain confident in our findings based on the evidence available. “Purchased a Bonnet deflector and a rear bumper protector recently. Immediately on opening was very impressed with the quality and look of both products.Fitting is relatively straightforward..bonnet clips in assembly pack pretty strong and unless you have strong fingers you may struggle get them clipped in place but otherwise fitting of both products should be ok for most DIY’s”
