“I ordered a pr of wing mirror covers. They are very quick and in good order. I'm just waiting 4some1 to fit them as I have 2 left hands. If I try and fit them I'll need a new exhaust and clutch by the time I've fitted them!!!!”

“I called them several times about my missing item eventually I got the tracking number it was sent to the wrong road and house number but my correct post code The staff member said it was my fault and I lost my money will be telling all how disgraceful the service was”

Hello, After checking your order, we can see it was placed independently online meaning the address would have had to be checked over by yourself before placing the order. When an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent that also states the shipping address for the customer to check. It is not possible for our systems to change the address the customer has put on their order and it is also not possible for our staff to contact each customer we have to confirm their details before the order is shipped. The parcel was delivered to the stated address on the order, meaning the our contract was fulfilled with both you as the customer and Royal Mail.
