“Bought seat covers for my 02 T4. They do not fit a late T4 without considerable work and effort. Customer Service not helpful just said "they fit like a T5" they do not. I would suggest the technical department try to fit a set. Quality very good!”

Good afternoon Robert, Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you struggled to fit your seat covers, unfortunately, we do not have a specific fitting video for the T4 Seat Covers, only for the T5, we do advise the principle be the same. Although your order was delayed by one day from leaving us, due to Royal Mail not collecting from us because of the heatwave, Royal Mail took 3 days to deliver your goods which is out of our control. “Excellent fit! Everything was according to description and the delivery was absolute class! Would recommend some videos for installation. Personally, I was worrying a bit too much if was going to be able to do this myself, but it was more than easy after seeing some youtube videos.”

“The best way to form an opinion about a business is not when things go well but actually when things go wrong (as it can always happen) and how the situation is handled to make sure the customer is a happy one. And that exactly what the team at VDT did when the item I received was faulty and as a result I will be a returning customer.”

“Initially I ordered a couple of seat covers and paid for them, only to hear that they were on their way to me and another email telling me that they were out of stock so what was on the way I don't know. I contacted the office and eventually ordered a different pair of seat covers which cost more and when they eventually arrived they did not have the securing clips in the package. When I re contacted the office they wanted me to take and send photos of my delivery which made me think they do not believe me when all along it was their failure to make sure that the package was complete. I am not happy with this company after being let down by my order and totally frustrated by the response that they would not take my word for it when saying that the clips were missing. Very disappointed Kenneth Hawker”

Unfortunately with your seat cover order, when you placed this with us the seat covers were showing in stock, however when your order was being picked we discovered they were not available as our stock level was slightly out. We do ask our customers to send images to us to show what is missing and that way we can make sure the correct part is sent out. Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
