“Not happy, ordered 2 things one was delivered, queried the other and was told it was lost in transit?. Delivery took ages”

Hi Nicholas, Apologies that your order was lost in transit. Unfortunately we are dependant on couriers and goods do become lost in transit. We can see that once you contacted us to enquire to where your order was on Friday the 9th of September we investigated this and once we established that your order was lost we replaced your order for you on Monday the 12th of September. You requested your goods to be delivered after the 19th of September as you were away. Once again, apologies regarding this and for the inconvenience caused. Vee Dub Team.

“I purchased the electric window kit was missing another of parts rang to see what could be done was asked to email no answer to get missing parts very unhappy now have no working windows in my van as the mechanic fitted what was there then came to fit the rest and it was not there would like a refund”

“The receptionist at veedub had excellent customer service really helpful ask me and told me what I need unfortanaly by my own mistake I brough the rung size spring to lower my van but they was really helpful defo go over again”
