Good morning Richard, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have taken a look in our system and we can see that you ordered Genuine VW T5 Dashboard Blank Switch Cover × 2 for a T5.1 2014 model, however we can confirm that we only have this part listed in the T5 section of our website and not the T5.1 section as we do not stock blanking plates for the T5.1 models and we do state that this plate is only suitable for models 2003-2009. “Delivery was lost in transit, bee dub but got the issue solved quickly and the customer support was very quick to respond, I was expecting a free gift with the first package but as it got lost in transit didn’t get the free gift when it was re-ordered”

“Just done some work on a transporter for a customer and searched the net as he had a broken coil spring. This is how we found you, as a local garage we were able to come straight to you, grab the parts and fit the same day. I admit your place was like an Aladdin’s cave and we got a bit carried away buying loads more. Great staff, friendly service, excellent parts on the shelf at a nice price. Whet more could anybody want. Will definitely be back. John Coalville tyre and exhaust ltd.”

“Order delivery was on time..... Got what I ordered..... Only negative was the track bars for the side door was to small & when I tried to get through to the customer service department it was always answer machine.....”

“The hood bra itself is good quality but unfortunately the length of string provided was way too short and wouldnt go through the last three loops let alone tie off and we followed the video onsite to make sure done in correct order. Also felt tight even after leaving in the sun prior to fitting.”
