“First of excellent delivery service nice & quick sadly the box was a bit squished but item survived not ready to fit yet doing bits of paintwork first the item itself is just wright it covers all the scratched bits so ideal just gonna look for some more bits on site hopefully will have what I want”

“I want to love this company, they sell great stuff and good prices. However what let me down was the fact I order something Tuesday afternoon about 4pm and they don’t dispatch it from the warehouse until Friday afternoon. I needed the part quickly due to possibly water ingress if I didn’t get it. There website said a two day delivery.”

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into this and can see you had ordered on the tuesday after the long bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately do to the busy period of the bank holiday there was a slight delay in our warehouse and with our couriers. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. VeeDub.

“Excellent products and excellent service. A splitter was damaged in transit (courier’s fault), but Craig sorted the matter out quickly and a replacement splitter was with me 3 days later - perfect customer service.”

“Prompt service and great product (side step bars) but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. The list of parts on the paper are not all in the bag, and parts in the bag are not on the paperwork. I assume some have been updated, it's almost like a page of pictures is missing. Managed to figure it out but could have been a lot easier (just 2 parts left over!!)”
