“Purchased a full set of t5 interior blinds / curtains, first order was wrong , second delivery pop tabs came off some of the tie backs . Replacement curtain pop tabs have come off tie backs . Quality malfunction on the tie backs i guess . Having to replace pop tabs with velcro fastener as they work better . The curtains are fine in all other areas . Cant fault admin etc for sorting out reordering. Outcome of summary ( more work needed on tie back fastening )”

Hi Robert, Sorry you had issues with your order and glad our customer services was faultless, our T5 curtain kits are one of our best selling lines of products and after speaking to customer services it seems this is an isolated incident, we actually have had these curtains in 4 of our vans for over 2 years with no issues, sorry you experienced these faults but hope the curtains look great now! “Had problems with the original order as the wrong glass was sent out, this was sorted but then sent to the wrong address. Once I received correct glass was also damaged and had to be returned, this was all quickly rectified and i hope next time i just have some better luck!”

“The bumper guard is as ordered but the fact I paid for the item to be delivered by courier on 2-4day delivery and it eventually took 12days to arrive after I had to call to ask for it where abouts isnt really acceptable.”

Hi Darren, Apologies it took 12 days to receive your order, the reason for this was when placing your order online it timed out at the payment stage and was then re-processed a short time later by yourself, for some reason this caused our payment gateway not to tell our system your order was successful therefore it was marked as a cancelled order, when you rang we located the issue and shipped on a next day service for you but unfortunately our systems weren't aware at the time you had paid for the item because it timed out, sorry for this inconvenience and based on the issue that arose with your order we have had our systems re-coded so this error never happens again. “I've ordered twice from VeeDub Transporters with zero success. Inaccurate information given on the website caused me to order the wrong product. Despite the description stating that the product is suitable for all vans 1990-2003, I found they wouldn't fit a factory standard van, luckily I can make use of them elsewhere. Previously I'd ordered other goods which were poor quality/fitment and defected so had to be returned. Customer service is fine, I've had no hassle returning the goods for refund, I just wish I could get something from them that I can actually use!”

“very disappointed goods did not arrive and still have not called every day for a week , calls not returned , told the goods will be with me day after day and still did not have for my weekend away therefore needing to by basic roof rack elsewhere for our trip away”

Hi Tim We are disappointed that you didn't receive your goods on time but the cause was because you contacted us AFTER your order had been despatched saying you had used an old shipping address and needed to change it. ?This caused a delay through our courier system which meant your delivery was actually delayed for 2-3 days due to having to locate and re-route your parcel, an unfortunate outcome but one which could’ve been avoided (and next day delivery would have occured) had the correct shipping address been provided at time of order. We also did return your calls and tried to address your issues and spent considerable time resolving this matter with our couriers, however once you advised you were opening a Paypal dispute to retrieve your money we decided the best course of action was to re-route the order back to us, it will arrive today or tomorrow and we will refund your payment in full as soon as the goods arrive back into our warehouse.
