“Your product is amazing however I strongly recommend that you provide a warning to diy enthusiasts that they are very careful with their drill especially when fitting the Pop studs when there is a wiring loom behind the pillars of the van! I now have a very large bill from VW who have said that this incident is not isolated! Please provide written instructions and warnings!”

“Sharp practice when returning item left me feeling ripped off. Curtains set purchased - barn door curtains are of poor fitment, blackout cab dividers don't cover the whole cab area so aren't actually blackout ( couple of inches short of the floor so light comes in the area it is meant to black out!! Returned the set of curtains purchased, only got refund for the barn door set and the cab divider I complained about. Despite returning the full set as purchased they deny expecting or receiving the full set. They have received the return parcel as they have refunded for part of it so they must have received the rest of the return!! Who would want to keep part of a set of curtains that don't match? Purchased as a set, returned as a set, £86 + postage out of pocket - be warned.”

“Bought the roof rails and wing bars. Having been told they were really good , I was keen to get them. When they arrived they did not have rubber bases to protect the roof from the hard plastic feet. One of the mid feet was misaligned. They have been returned and the company has offered a refund, but I would say that they need to be more clear as to what is in the kit. Being that VDub owners are fussy I would expect this product to be a little better finished.”
