Apologies, but the "Orkney Islands" is not classed as part of UK Mainland, therefore it does cost more to ship with a courier - Apologies.

“The window was warped but as the van had a hole cut in the side and it was a Friday evening the window fitter had no option but to fit it. He said he had been fitting windows for 20 years and it was one of the worst he had fitted I rang your company and spoke to a lady in customer services explaining that we had no option but to fit it and it had taken an hour to do a job that should have taken 10 mins, she didn't take me seriously saying it couldn't have been bent and fitted implying that I was lying.”

Thank you for your feedback, however my last communication with yourself I asked that you supply an image of the warped window that your supplier managed to straighten ! And perhaps a contact number for your supplier, as it is not possible to straightedge glass that has been moulded to a certain shape. But since our original conversation have had no response !!

“The roof bars are very good and we're easy to fit. The only issue was that the pictures included the cross bars which was misleading, and there is nothing in the text to say they are not included. Apart from that J am 100% happy with them.”
