“Website not clear on difference between products for t5 etc and i later discovered for 2012 vehicle, after ordering, it should be t5.1. Place to put car reg on website would be usefull. However, e mail about order was responded to quickly and manually changed. This was very good. Parcel could have done with accompanying letter to explain the different label on it. I am not the owner, vw enthusiast or dim but need guidance when it's a present.”

“Disappointed - Made an order for 5 items, only 2 arrived. Upon receipt of the two items I called the company who stated they would call back - 5 hours later! I informed the company that I would no longer be in the UK and asked them to ship them to a European address, they simply said no - the order would be shipped to the original address and there was no compromise, it was my problem. Seen as the company uses a courier for delivery it could be said that to send by routine post to a European address could actually be cheaper - no compromise. As I said, disappointed in your delivery as well as your customer service support. There are other companies out there offering the same items with a far better customer support - I know where I will take my business in future. As a business I suggest you look at improving in this area - It will do you damage to have more reviews like this!”

Hi Terry, I am disappointed in receiving a negative review as we pride ourselves on customer service however as a company we only ship to UK addresses, our website only allows UK postcodes to place orders and we would only ship a replacement item to a UK postcode. We have actually sent a replacement item to the UK address as agreed on the phone with the lady who placed the order on your behalf. I do not think this is an issue of lack of customer service, I cannot think of a company that would send an order and charge UK shipping then send a replacement item because you are now in another country. “Our order for blinds arrived quickly but was very poorly packed; clips holding package together were coming undone and bubble wrap packing wasn't wrapped around blinds. Only hoping they are not damaged,!”

Thank you for your review we do pride ourselves on the time and effort spent on the packing of our goods, unfortunately we cannot control the way that the courier handles the goods but your feedback on the way your items were packaged is very much appreciated. “They offered the best deal on windows for my T5. Windows arrived next day, really well packaged and the windows appear to be excellent quality, with good quality fitting kits. I would recommend to anyone wanting some windows and I will definitely use again!”

“Excellent service - great communication and the windows arrived exactly when we were told they would. I left a note for driver to obtain a signature from a neighbour as I had to nip out - he them happily loaded them into my van. I would certainly recommend/use again”

“We are a very busy bodyshop and have taken on a restoration project for a customers T4. A quick search on the net and this company appeared. I am very sorry that you felt it necessary to leave a negative review. However I can confirm that your order was received at 10.30pm on (friday)13th November, goods were despatched as per your request on Monday 16th via my hermes (3-5 working days) goods have now been in transit for 3 working days, I have tracked this for you today and can confirm that goods are out for delivery with your local Hermes Courier.
