“Hiya. My steel step plates turned up bent but this was probably due to the post. I'm waiting for some new ones”

This sometimes does happen unfortunately, however we do try to package goods the best we can to prevent damages. We are just waiting for a reply to our customer service team to confirm which step plate it is that we need to replace.
