“took van to "head office"as I was unsure if side bars would fit,very helpful with bringing out bracket and offering it up to make sure it did not foul on the water tank,superb service,thanks guys!”

“Shame you are insist ant on getting a signature form the person who ordered the part, some people work all week and don't have a partner at home. Acceptance of next doors signature should have been ok”

Hi Stephen, In most cases the courier gives our Logistics team a call to find our if there is a safe place the parcel can be left, or if it is possible to leave the goods with a neighbour. It seems like in this instance they haven't contacted our Logistics team, however we are glad to hear that you now have your order. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. “I ordered a pair of side window for my be T4 they were delivered exactly when they were supposed to with no fuss all the fitting instructions were sent via email and were bang on .good product good company will definitely use them again”
