“Quick Delivery, prompt after sales care. I ordered LWB roof rails. They were delivered quickly. Unfortunately when i unpacked them, they were missing the plastic plugs to cap off the fixing points and also the washers. I had some washers but had to contact Veedub to get some replacement caps. They responded quickly and courteously and the replacement plugs were delivered the next working day.. Thanks Gareth”

“i bought some T6 seat covers at £190 - went to put them on and ripped the 2-1 seat bit where the stitching goes around the seat belt socket in the middle.”

Hi Barry, you need to pull the seat covers on gently as it is a very snug fit (which is why they are so popular because they fit great!) to avoid any chance of ripping them, you can view our fitting video on our website which guides you on how to fit them. “Poor packing. the parts fell out as the postman handed them to me, one side of box split end to end,the other split half way. The rail ends were far from ready to fit. the bends must have been bent with a mallet, with fish tail ends. The end bungs could never fit flat ends.One rail was 50 mm too short, it was replaced with one 25 mm too long.The holes were too small and put in at random, what a dogs dinner.It took me,a skilled toolmaker, eight hrs. to fit. The side curtains were ok but tailgate were only 25 mm longer than side ones. This is my first bad review ever. The rails need inspection before sent. Ian Henderson 12 Oct 2017”
