Thanks for the lovely review Wendy. Hope the side bars look good, just a tip the paint can chip away over time on the gloss bars so maybe have a look at our front mud flaps to preserve them! All the best - Veedub

“Good product but no fittings or instructions. Badly let down by DPD delivery service that delivered to a neighbour but neglected to advise which one, took 4 days to track my parcel down.”

“Bought a bonnet bra for my husband but unfortunately this split in the corner on fitting. Contacted Veedub and they promptly sent out a free replacement which fitted perfectly and looks great. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“I ordered a blue/black checked bonnet bra. Delivery was quick and packaging good,however when i opened it i was shocked at the really poor quality of the product . Best I can describe it was Tat. Really thin material not squares sewn together but one piece which look like printed plastic. Returns was a lengthy process having to jump through hoops to get it done. Well thats £5 out of pocket for me lesson learnt I wont be using Veedub again.”

Hi Martin, Sorry you weren't satisfied with your bonnet bra the pattern is indeed printed not embroidered but the product certainly isn't "tat" and we sell literally hundreds of these bonnet bras with great reviews, sorry you weren't similarly happy with the product. In terms of customer services our process is very quick and simple, fill in a return form, send the item back with the return number provided to you and once received and inspected we refund straight away. “Very pleAsed with product, however what was disappointing was being told to use a 3mm drill bit, which is in fact too big and should be a 2.5mm. Therefore the first Attempt to fit failed. I would've expected the sales support to have got this right when I asked the specific question.”

“We purchased some front & rear mud flaps for our VW Transporter T6 9 seat minibus. When they arrived the front were fine but the rear ones weren't even nearly close to fitting correctly. I called to discuss this I was told it was down to customer services to solve & they supposedly put me & was put through to an answer phone. I left it a couple of days & heard nothing so I emailed the company using their address from their website. Up to date still no reply. These people will not be getting any business from me again & I have just purchased 4 more VW's for my business. WOULD NOT RECOMEND !!”

Hi Steve, sorry your rear mudflaps didn't fit correctly, you were advised to send us images so we could help identify the issue and help you to resolve it but we didn't receive these, I have also chased up your complaint about customer services response times and whilst I can't see your phone call record I have seen that you emailed us via our website on 17/3/2017 at 13:57 and Ollie in customer services responded at 15:26 (within 90 minutes) to offer his assistance, there was no further correspondence from yourself! so whilst we appreciate you weren't satisfied with the product customer services did all they could to speedily assist you in resolving the issue but didn't hear back from you.
