“Part arrived within 5 days, however not very well packaged, it was not damaged but very easily could have been, the part was in plastic bag & then put in a plastic bag. Recommend investing in some bubble wrap.”

“Thank you for all your help & advice over the phone. It was great to be able to talk to someone in person & be directed to the correct product when wanting Wind Deflectors for my VW T6 Campervan to help stop condensation when cooking and sleeping. I bought the Team Heko Dark Wind Deflectors, after speaking to a lady on Friday, I ordered them when I got back from my travels Sunday evening and to my great delight and surprise they arrived on Tuesday. I had them fitted on the Wednesday and they look great. Been out for the day and they really help stop condensation when cooking, as now able to open windows an inch in heavy rain & not get window ledges wet! Just got to test them overnight now. Great service, thank you so much.”

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I have taken a look into this for you on our system and can see that your order was shipped from ourselves within our usual time period. Unfortunately RoyalMail are currently experiencing some delays with shipments, they are also experiencing issues with their system that relays the tracking information. I have however just looked at your parcels tracking details (I will forward these to you privately) and it is showing as being scanned this morning and on it's way to your local delivery office.
