“I contacted vee Dub in Ocober 2019 to replace a broken coil over for a lowering kit purchased from them. I had to chase them over and over for this a finally got the replacment in the second week of January 2020. My van had been off the road since so very disappointed with the service. However on the positive when dealt by Ollie in sales, finally I got the spring needed. Garry smith Gary.”

Hi Garry, Thank you for your review. I have taken a look into this for you. I can see the initial ticket was set up for you on the 23rd October, however we did not have any reply from you, this was also set up with a different email address, so this may have been the reason. You then contacted us on the 6th December, in which my colleague replied to ask whether it was both springs or just the one that you required, we did not hear back from you to confirm this until the 8th of January . It was then a week later that you confirmed which address that you would like the replacement to be sent to. With this all being said, after we had all of the correct information that we needed to process the replacement, the turn around for this was three days and we emailed to advised that Bilstein were going to drop ship the goods to you. I am sorry that you feel let down and that our service wasn't satisfactory for you, however we could only proceed with the replacement as soon as we had everything we needed to do so.
