Steve your item was ordered at 10.48pm on 19th November and you opted for 3-5 day delivery service. Your item was tracked throughout the delivery process and was delivered at 11.23am on 24th November. Please check with family members to see if they have put it somewhere when taking delivery. “Ollie is really helpful and knowledgable,products are good However your returns system sucks £15 for delivery £30 to return and you still expect the customer to pay if damaged in transet.Realy need a better system on returns .Will still be using you again ,but will run every purchase though Ollie before commuting.”

Hi Greg, Sorry you were not happy with our returns service. You were charged £14.99 postage for your item due to the size of the item (spoiler) and unfortunately because you decided you didn't want this spoiler you as the customer have to bear the return costs, we only cover return costs if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly, this is standard retail practice sorry but am glad to hear you will be using us again and we will work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want on future orders.

“Delivery of T4 vectors (running boards) was exceptionally fast (ordered Sunday afternoon, delivered Monday)! It was well packaged however there were no instructions with it which meant I could not verify if I was missing any parts. I emailed Veedub with some photos of what I received and they promptly posted a few bolts and plates which I was indeed missing. They also emailed me a parts list with photos on how to install. The vectors were not difficult to mount and bolted on as per instructions. After everything was bolted on solid I did find the vectors to bend a bit when I (90kg/14 stone) stood on the sliding door section. Maybe this is common but I was not expecting that. To have rated this product "Very Good" the price would have to have been round the £110 mark rather than the £140 I paid, and in addition having the parts all there including a printed parts list with clear fitting instructions.”

“T5 mudflap set - fitting video for rear set helped a lot but could have done with instructions for fronts as had to figure out where to use expanding plastic grommet/sleeve, ie by pushing into existing rubber grommet on vehicle. Other than that, happy with product and the rear flaps look so much tidier than the vw ones.”

“Always very helpful and efficient staff with excellent quality products. To make a 5 star service you only need an option to collect when buying on line as the carriage charge is not removable so difficult to use promo vouchers, excellent all-round otherwise . Cheers Rob.”

“There is a product is of low quality. In the shipment has arrived broken because the bad came wrapped by the delicate piece was mounted with the bars to be so delicate had to come dismantled and packaged paper bubble.”

“I ordered some curtains for my T5. They were excellent quality and looked great. Although there were some parts missing from one of the kits they were sent out as soon as I made them aware. Great service.”
