“The wrong parts were sent out in the first place, another part was broken. I had to chase the customer services to get it replaced. The new part arrived damaged and it was poorly made, they didn't go together correctly. I returned my order and asked for a refund. Overall I would not recommend this company.”

“We bought several items none of which had fitting instructions although the description stated they came with full instructions. The none rusting tailgate lock cover has rust marks on the edges already. They look great on, but they are obviously poor quality. Any chance of a replacement? Regards.”

Firstly, all of our fitting instructions are now on our website in a variety of video and pdf guides (Videos by popular demand) so you can find them on the link on our website (at the top of the page). “Hi, Ordered the wrong lights and ask them to change them after having them for nearly 3 months and they did this. That speaks volume to me. I work over seas so a that was a great help. Will always go to Veedubs first. Nick.”

“Full set of mudguards, okay but fittings didn't appear to correspond with the item, no instructions or notes, needed to make a bracket for rears to stop them falling off, emailed but got no response”

Hi Richard, Sorry you had an issue with fitting the mud flaps, we do provide a fitting video on our website and this was emailed to you to assist with fitting the mud flaps, they don't need a bracket if fitted following the guidance in the video, sorry you had a struggle, let us know if we can help further, regards Vee Dub

“After a quick call to pre order rear LED lights , I got my Qs answered. Delivery was quick and the lights are as described , easy to fit and work fine , just the faster dash indicator which I was told would happen , indicators flash at normal speed . Thanks Nigel Sims”

Hi Stuart, we received your email saying your door pins didn't fit on 23/3 and replied on 24/3 offering to replace or refund and haven't had a response from you. We do sell hundreds of this item and rather than it being a general issue it seems you received a faulty item, get in touch with us and we will remedy it straight away. Regards Vee Dub
