“Always very helpful and efficient staff with excellent quality products. To make a 5 star service you only need an option to collect when buying on line as the carriage charge is not removable so difficult to use promo vouchers, excellent all-round otherwise . Cheers Rob.”

“There is a product is of low quality. In the shipment has arrived broken because the bad came wrapped by the delicate piece was mounted with the bars to be so delicate had to come dismantled and packaged paper bubble.”

“I recently ordered LWB roof bars in error. I required SWB. I contacted the staff and they were very helpfull. They swaped the bars over with no hassle. Excellent service. Cheers”

“Inital delivery contained wrong size side bars. (LWB instead of SWB) However excellent customer service; quick, efficient replacement. 2nd set of bars correct size, but scuffed paintwork on one corner. (product exposed through packaging) Undecided what to do. Try and buff out, or mess about again with returns.”

In relation to the damage to the bars it sounds like this happened in transit as we inspect goods before shipping them and wouldn’t send out a parcel with the product exposed. “With sooooo many choices out there, I decided on these windows after seeing an advert in a magazine along with a few recommendations from a friends. I found the online ordering process very informative & easy, even for a complete novice like myself. The updates from the company regarding the transaction and delivery were also helpful and reassuring. Very professional. The packaging was top class proving a worthy opponent to the clumsiest of delivery drivers. Luckily in this instance, the delivery company were also spot on even calling ahead and turning up on time with a pristine package. In fact, it was so well packed it took a good 5 minutes and a few expletives to get the thing open!! Having never taken on such a task I was a little weary to begin with but careful preparation and the correct tools made the job a doddle. The fitting kit I purchaed with the glass was also good quality and easy to use. The knock on trim proved a little awkward to begin with until adopting the correct technique but it didn't take long to knock into place and flatten out any high spots. The start/finish join is very clean using a new blade and there is more than enough trim supplied to complete the job. Once in place it gives an awesome 'factory finish' look. Really neat and tidy on the inside perimeter and a great flush fit against the inside door handle. The primer and "glue" were also very easy to apply. Quite a simple task with the 'v' shaped application nozzle and more than enough bonding agent for a nice thick bead. Once the window was in place I left it over night to make sure everything was "cured" and secured in place but even after a few hours with a few bits of tape to avoid any dropping, I could tell it was already solid. The finished window from the outside sits perfectly within the door recess with even spacing around the perimeter and a level distance from the remaining metal panel . From the inside it looks awesome and sits nice and flush up against the tidy knock on trim. Can't recommend this company and glass enough. Very impress with the product and service!!! 9.99 out of 10. (Deducting points for the lack of "free goody bag" as promised on purchase!! Lol)”

“The bit order 1 day came the next amazing got the 1 piece upper and lower grill kit plus wind deflectors both fitted very well not 100% sure about the quality of chrome finish tho but for service delivery first class”
