Hi Barry, slightly confused by your review, the only item you have purchased from us is mudflaps for your van, if this negative review refers to them we are not sure what you were expecting, mudflaps are a basic product for your van!

“Took longer than expected to get my product and when I did I was a little disappointed with the final finish of the product. Communication was good though and price was also good. I'm not sending it back because I feel it's more hassle than its worth.”

Hi there, Your order was placed on Saturday 17th September at 8pm therefore we processed it on Monday 19th September. You opted for our 2-4 day service and your item was delivered at 1.24.pm on Thursday 22nd September which is 3 days from our first working day which falls into the 2-4 day parameter. Sorry you are disappointed with the product, get in touch and we will make sure your issues are resolved so you are a completely satisfied customer!
