“These guys are brilliant! I messed up my order, realised what I'd done, emailed the guys and girls to admit my stupidity and asked if I could change my order. They emailed back straight away (out of hours!) and reassured me that my order will be changed ASAP to what I required. It was delivered very quickly, too. Perfect! A brilliant company to deal with and I will tell everyone I know. So should you!”

“Parcel arrived both quickly and fully intact. Regrettably unable to fit them as thieves broke into my shop and whilst leaving the bars, they stole the brackets and bolts - go figure. Awaiting new replacements. Shame as they look the business.”

“I have Purchased a lot of products for t4 now have the same now I've got a t5 I've spent about £1500 so far The staff are very good matt is very helpful the only criticism is you only get the points system if you buy on line see you again ray @julie”

“A smooth process from start to finish, competitive pricing, clear and concise website, easy ordering and everything ordered turned up on the day it was supposed to in one piece. A full window kit was purchased as part of the order - packaging and labelling was first class. Having had windows from other firms and taking several attempts to get a full unbroken set, it is refreshing to see that Veedub have taken the time and effort to work out a system which works. Would thoroughly recommend this company.”

The goods do leave us very well packed and in immaculate condition, therefore it seems that your parcel would have been treated badly by the courier. “I was extremely pleased with the service provided. The website was well presented which made ordering easy. Many thanks for your review, all feedback is warmly welcomed. We could have looked into this for you before now had you have contacted us. I have just tracked your order and I can confirm that it went out for delivery on 02/02/16, the following day to your purchase. My Hermes attempted delivery to yourself on 05/02/16 and again on 06/02/16 on both entries it states 'customer was not available'. It is now with the courier for delivery again today, if we can help you with this further please do not hesitate to contact us. Kindest Regards
