“I was really happy with the excellent service I received the other day when ordering some lowering plates over the phone. The lady (sorry I can't remember her name) I spoke to was very helpful and even rang back when my phone cut out. I will definitely use this site again and recommend it to others. Thanks again!”

“Ordered the carbon dashboard for my T5, unfortunately I did not check the items were all there before starting to fit them. Passenger side air ventilation grill sticker missing, dashboard sticker would not stick down at the top, 10 small pieces (not 11) radio sticker not correct one, when I found the instruction/check sheet it appears I've been sent the T6 kit which obviously differs from the T5 kit slightly. Not impressed as I imagined that VeeDub were experts on VW kit.”

Hi Carl, We are very sorry to hear that you had some issues with your dashboard kit. I can confirm that the T5 and the T5.1/T6 dashboard kits are different as the T5 kit is for vehicles 2003 - 2010 and the T6 fits 2010>. You have ordered the T5.1/T6 so if your vehicle is a T5 this will be why it does not fit. Please feel free to contact us and we can look into this. Kindest Regards Vee Dub Transporters

“Although really pleased with roof bars and rails I found the instructions for assembly were not very clear. Also a list of parts would have been useful as parts were missing. Shannon was very helpful and efficient in resolving this issue once I had sent photos of the parts I had received. She promptly sent the parts I was missing. A big thanks to Shannon for her help. Please do not take these comments as a complaint but rather advice on how to help customers in future. The look and price are very good. I will recommend and use you again. “Really pleased with the cab curtains, far better than I had imagined. They are not for a VW so can't comment on fit but after a bit of tweaking going to look good in my camper.”

“hi guys, very good love the side bars. Can you please call me 07828 129907. I also bought some roof bars ( unopened ) and now decided I would prefer the black ones as the bus is black anyway and would match the side bars. Cheers Leon.”

“Fantastic service thanks the only thing that would make dealing with you easier for me would be a click and collect service due to me working full time thanks also goes to the delivery driver who took the time to find a neighbour to take delivery of my parcel.”

“Bought a set of mud flaps *front and rear, lovely quality and fairly quick on delivery. My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that there were no self tapping screws included. :( I could have sworn I heard the guy say on their YouTube commentary that there were screws supplied? Still, I will still buy more goodies from them for my T5.1 ????????”

“missing fitting kit from order, made a phone call and told fitting kit would be sent, 4 days later no fitting kit and another call told the same again fitting kit would be sent out. not a very good service and obviously no communication between the staff.”
