“I ordered last Saturday and told it would be dispatched on Monday by Hermes delivery 2/3 days. This is Saturday and Hermes has let me and VeeDub down!”

Hi Gordon, According to MyHermes tracking your order was out for delivery on Thursday with your local MyHermes courier which was inside our delivery timeframe but unfortunately for some reason it didn't get delivered until 10am this morning. Sorry for the inconvenience and if you contact support@veedubtransporters.co.uk with your order number and mention the delivery delay we will send a gift voucher to you by way of compensation. “First off I'm very pleased with the way the seat covers look, I'd say they were the best looking out there for the price, unfortunately one of the covers was marked but I have to say the help I got when wanting to send it back was really good, they sent me out a replacement straight away and I now have a full set of VW T5 seat covers that transform the look of my van!”

“Ordered side rails and chrome covers to bling up hubbys T4. Super quick delivery. All items spot on. Only minor issue was, kits were supposed to come with preperation wipes for cleaning areas to be covered. They didnt...saying that we had plenty in the shed so no biggie. Have our eyes on other "stuff" and will definately shop here again.”

“Quickly delivered... Seat covers , faux leather....very nice..... tight fit...but very good fit... just a bit of time for fitting... mainly the zippers”

“Covers for my new T5 single front seats took over 3 hours to fit even with the YouTube help.. You really should provide a fitting service. I did ask. However they are a snug fit and look good, just a major problem to fit. My van has arm rests I think that was the problem.”

Unfortunately at this current time, we do not offer a fitting service but again, thanks for your suggestion regarding this. Other than that, i hope your are happy with your T5 seat covers. all the best.

“I ordered the prestige full curtain pack (5 sets of curtains) for a tailgate T5. The order arrived the next day but only contained on set of curtains for the tailgate window. I contacted the sales team who advised they couldn't do anything and to email customer services which I did. Not hearing anything for a few hours I phoned to only keep on getting answerphone. I left it till the following day and no emails received and still going to voicemail on the customer service line, which states emailing would be quicker than leaving a voicemail. I managed to finally get in contact with customer services by using the chat app. I was then dispatched the rest of the curtains the that day for next day delivery. Customer services needs improvement as it shouldn't be the customer having to chase up about an error from the company. However the issue was resolved promptly once in contact.”
