“VW T4 full curtain kit; Excellent product at a fair price. Communication issue, I requested to collect item as I'd be passing the depot the day after I ordered however I received 4 emails stating that DHL had my parcel and supplied me with a tracking number so I left it as I didn't want a wasted journey, left it a few days then gave them a call to see what was going on and after a few minutes they informed me that the person picking the order hadn't read it correctly so when they realised this they cancelled my delivery but failed to let me know. So had to make a 2 hour round trip from home rather than the 30 minute detour off the M1. Not what you want on a Friday in a 2.4 T4 !!!”

“Excellent Black Friday deals on a couple of needed parts to get the van back to looking it’s best. The free gift was a nice gesture as well, I purchased two items both came on separate couriers one next day one a week later although despatched on the same day, one was a much larger package a DX are massively under supported with depots in this area. The stuff is great quality though and look forward to fitting”

“Product took longer to arrive,post office fault not Vee Dubs. Product was packed damaged during assembly it fell apart on opening plastic bag and was not used only pieces put together with the old original one to get me over the problem. Shoddy item wouldn't buy again. The star rating is for the product not Vee Dub”
