“Great product worked well and was reasonably priced. Staff were polite and helpful and product arrived quickly and in one piece I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them.”

“My fault but wish i asked if mirror would fit electric/heated,it didn't, hassle i went through to make it fit🤬 would have been good to know it wouldn't fit in first place, wouldn't have ordered otherwise,live and learn i suppose.”

“The product is very good but the lack of installation guide, made for alot of trail and error fitting tye sidebars, I wouldn't recommend you for this issue. You provided photocopy blurry diagrams they made little sense, luckily I'm a trademan so I'm very competent with my thoughts and hands but I'm guessing that 90% of people wouldn't even attempt to start to try and fit these side-step with. This is a polite feedback so you can work out some installation instructions otherwise most people will just send back your product. I am interested in other products you have but I'm worried that again I will be left with no instructions so at this moment in time I'm unfortunately looking elsewhere. Hope this Helps. Carl Riley”

Hello Andrew, We do apologies for this. I have looked into our system and can see that you contacted ourselves in regards to this issue on the 20th April. Our logistics team have liaised with you in regards to this issue. Unfortunately we have to wait a certain time frame with Royal Mail before an item is deemed as lost. Now that this time frame has passed your issue has been passed over to our customer service team who will be setting up a replacement order up for yourself to be with you shortly. Hello Stephen, I have looked into our system and can see you contacted us with regards to not receiving your order on time on the 15th of April. Our logistics team looked into this for yourself and got back to you with an answer on Monday morning. Unfortunately with our company being courier dependant we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within two working days. This is in our terms and conditions stating the following; 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Time is not of the essence for delivery of any Goods under this Agreement.
