The top I ordered was lovely but disentangle arie on time and when it did was so disappointed ordered a size up as it looked small online So ordered a size 14 was so small not a true size

Ridiculous company structure, the advisors block you actually speaking to anyone, then told manager wasn't there she had clocked out and gone home, rang back straight away to be told manager was dealing with complaints, call back never happened regardless , then told unless they open your account on the system nothing is recorded then they don't have to help you, this is an on going theme. Loonies running the asylum come on very how many bad reviews does it take to actually sort this out, does everyone have to go to FSO to receive any semblance of customer service. Oh and the item in question a dining table has gone up by £100 still waiting for a call. Oh rang back this morning and incredibly told tell me what the issue was , as nothing recorded on the account lying is one thing, this seems to be the company ethos . Lie, fob people off, lie again just never admit or address any issues ever absolute joke, never use this company

Harrasing company sending me letters stating my account balance is £50. I returned an item,the refund was issued yet they keep sending me letters for payment.You then continue to cut me off when I telephone you.Your an utter disgraceful organisation who needs to be taken to court for your conduct.

Avoid them don’t buy anything there customer excelence department will say there the finance department to avoid complaints the social media live chat team kizzy thomas Jess are responsible for reading reviews left against Very if your review is bad they will report it I’ve had hem report 3 reviews already they add interest to items and the interest is more than double the cost of the item they will accept orders they don’t even have stock for hold your money for weeks untill they have the stock if you authorise someone else to speak on your behalf they will terminate all calls and chats you start if you order something that’s broken they tell you to contact the supplier the contact is between myself and very not the supplier if you send something and it’s broken we contact you how many bad reviews saying the same thing does it take for them to realise everyone’s saying the sameness thing

Ordering off of here is nice and quick but have only just found out after being with them for a year that i am getting charged interest every month and will be until i pay it off, rung them up to try and find out why 1 person said its because they have interest on the delivery charges, another said it was because i missed a single payment in may and have been charged ever since and was supposed to call me back for me to complain and never did, so i rung again and the 3rd told me that its because some items were not buy now pay later (which it had never told me that) they have charged me £129.10 in interest fees so far, also got told that even if i pay the minimum i will get charged but if i select take 3 i will not be but was then told that its not applicable because the items were not take 3. So you have no idea what the item is when you buy it because it doesnt tell you, have really bad communication and will just constantly charge you interest for no reason, i have put in a complaint and seriously doubt that they are going to get back to me. I am deleting my account as soon as i have paid it off next week and am never going back and i advise every one to stay away from it because its a waste of money and time.

Where do I start! Been using them for years, not anymore. Statements are as clear as mud, can't explain interest charges when it's supposed to be interest free on 'Take 3' - call centres are shocking, not their fault as they outsource offshore and are VERY poor! I currently have a complaint ongoing and they have referred me to the FOS because they are late in dealing! To top if off they DROPSHIP electrical goods direct from manufacturers then expect you to go to the manufacturer when there is a fault, THE CONTRACT IS WITH VERY, so don't be fobbed off!! Seriously BAD company now - order at your peril! This is my first review ever online but am absolutely fed up with this shower hence the review -USELESS! You have been warned

Please people do not use very. I bought a promo italian corner sofa december 2018 thinking it was 100 percent leather. Its Not. Plus i phoned very for six weeks to speak to manager but told one will phone me back still waiting. I had a lovely gentleman come look at it 4 3 2019 because arm and seats sunk. No filling in back. Its been said its manufacturing fault. They collecting it 11 3 2019 I've bought one else were but got to wait 12 weeks. I think a manager from very should phone me and sort this matter out plus i should get compensated because I've got to live in bedroom for 12 weeks..

I bought a fake Italian promo corner sofa december 2018 thinking it was real. Had a gentle man come out on 4 3 2019 because the seats are sagging one of arms have sunk no stuffing in back cushions. He said its a manufacturing problem very are collecting it on 11 3 19. I bought one else were but cant have it for 12 weeks. tried speaking to a very manager for last 6 weeks said on will phone me but still no manager hace phoned please do not buy big items off very because they do not sort it out properly. I think the way i been treated and kept on phone for last six weeks i think a manager should phone me asap. And sort some compensation out ove been promised a manager will call but still waiting please do not use very for big items

Can't leave no stars! Bought on BNPL, then got a demand for postage. Fair enough, thought it was OK because I had a DD set up (with confirmation, I may add), DD came out and also received a call to pay. To make sure I was covered, I did this too and was told that this would not be a late payment, of course not because I have a DD set up too! Wrong! Now I have a black mark on my credit file for the sake of £6 odds and they have not/will not take this off for me despite it being their fault and still ahven't got back to me

They are liars. They owe me £295.18 but apparently sent out two cheques none of which I’ve recieved. There now charging me £295.18 despite knowing their wrong and say cheques will take upto 14 days. But my £295.18 owed to them now is meant to be paid by 10th March they’ve got no idea what their doing and don’t touch this company if you don’t want to be ripped off. If it’s not sorted I’ll seek legal advice.

I wish I had read some of the customer reviews before I placed my order as my experience is equally as bad. Ordered an item on 11th February, received a txt thanking me and telling me I can check the order online which I did. Order was available for delivery on 16th February with a delivery on or before 25th February. Checked the order tracking this afternoon as no delivery received only to find it was still at the dispatch centre in Droitwich. After 58 minutes speaking with various inept staff who clearly don't give a hoot, was told the item wouldn't be delivered until next Monday 4th March and that date was not guaranteed, so decided to cancel the order and pay more elsewhere knowing it will get delivered in a couple of days. An absolutely awful company.

Very wasn’t helpful at all on the line they don’t listen to their customer it’s like they ignored what I said and have manual almost robotic answers that didn’t answer the question very angry and unsatisfied with the lack of knowledge of these people might as well been talking to a brick wall

If you ever decide to open a account with Very then I advise you to steer CLEAR from this company and looking at the reviews I can see i'm not the only one who has experienced similar issues. I brought some headphones and a watch from Very, within a few months the headphones stopped working in a few months. I had a warranty so they advised me to contact Apple to get a replacement due to them being a manufacture default, within 1 month they broke again with the same fault. For this reason I decided to get a refund on the order as its proven it's not a reliable product. I was advised by Very via phonecall that I have to get them replaced with Apple again and then i can chose to either keep them or refund them but she made it clear that is the procedure and rules of their company to take. After I got the replacement from Apple I went to call Very and I sent them back but was sent back to me because apparently there was a missing item. Of course i was confused as to why this was the case so I called very and they said the serial code didn't match. I was even more confused and explained of course it didn't because they were replaced so the serial code wouldn't match the original one. well long story short after talking to numerous of their customer service representative (probably more than 30 odd people) some of which were promised I would get a call back regarding the situation but never did even after going through the complaints team no one ever got back to me with a resolution. It was just round and round in circles explaining my situation over and over again. I ended up getting a £50 voucher which is unacceptable because I couldn't return a product due to a caller advising me the wrong thing. This has been months of aggravation and stress and I cannot stress how bad this company is. I really wish for people to read these reviews first before joining very. I would be sure to post this comment everywhere

Do not use this company. Their business practises border on the absolute fraudulent! Complaints in progress with the Financial Conduct Authority etc. Also never give out personal information if you have the misfortune of dealing with one of their dogs that work in the South African call centre they are all scammers and fraudsters be warned!

This Company has gone from bad to worst. I had my account with these Jokers. rude, unhelpful and plain don't care about their loyal customers for over 9 years. Direct debit was always setup but 1 month last year for some reason the direct debit payed but returned, phoned my Bank to find out why, Bank told me Very returned the payment. I phoned very after speaking to Bank and made the first ever debit card payment because direct debit was always how I paid. Little did I know, Very have now put a one day late payment charge on my credit file in March 2018 I have several credit agreements spanning 16 years and never paid late or missed a payment yet they refuse to remove this negative mark. I have now paid my balance in full and closed my account. (Good Riddance)

Cannot be trusted. I selected NO marketing, they sent marketing by email and text. I contacted them to close account immediately (I was within the 14 days cooling off period). had to tell them 3 times to close my account and delete all my details. They have finally said they have closed my account BUT I can still log into whenever I need to. And the credit agreement is still open! So they have not deleted my details at all.After several complaints I have now reported them to the Data Protection Officer and Trading Standards.

Faulty Apple MacBook purchased. Seemed irreparable by Apple Technician. Refund was due to be given as advised by Very agent. 14 days period came and went which was when they should have issued refund. One week later the faulty MacBook is posted back to me. Horrendous service which feels deliberate attempt at delaying refund process on a high value item which has left me out of pocket. Would never buy an electrical them again and would advise others who do to beware. Best to go straight to manufacturer in my opinion.
