The delivery is fine and the food is fine but its takes a week to get to me, so I have to think a week ahead when I need the dog food..

a little concerned after a few days as I hadn't received drugs was concerned prescription had not arrived to you and tabs would not have got back to me before holiday had ordered a week before holiday but good service and price

I would suggest that website makes it clearer that one can order 1 PILL. When I ordered a quantity of 1, I assumed I was ordering a bottle of 30 or 60 pills. Otherwise all good.

Made phone contact with query and informed somebody would reply by phone or email but as yet had no response. Posted prescription anyway but have no idea what stage order is at at present or hen I can expect receipt of order.

The process of repeat prescriptions is more involved than obtaining the medication from the local vet. I understand there are significant cost savings to be had. I am not sure why when ordering 180 medrone tablets we first received two bottles , one of 25 tablets and one of 35 tablets.. The balance did not follow till the original copy of the prescription reached you. even though you had the scanned copy as requested

Your service is fine as long as everything goes right. When I received the wrong order by mistake I telephoned 4 times and no one returned my call. All I wanted was to find out about my order and it took an email before I got a reply. All was fine in the end but a little communication does go a long way.

I am concerned as you have taken more money than required. it all started when I ordered 200ml of Metacalm as the 180ml was not being shown on the web site. So I ordered &paid for the 200ml. The perscription was only for 180ml I did not think 20ml would matter. I had a phone call from yourselves to say that I was wrong & they would only send 180ml. I thought no more of the matter. Until I received the item with the bill. The original payment via the internet which has already cleared through the bank in the sum of £39.01. Yet the bill for the lesser amount is £24.77. What happens to the balance of £14.24? I would like this amount of money back please. You can contact me via e-mail @ weaselbub.k9@live.co.uk

Part of our order was wrong but I didn't send it back as I thought my cat would probably eat the food anyway. It was in Jelly and I ordered it in gravy. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and credited my card with the difference in price. Delivery arrived in the specified time and the delivery man was helpful and put the parcels where I asked him to so they were out of my way as I use a wheelchair. Mixed feelings about it but will consider ordering again at least the renal food for my other cat which is cheaper from you than what I have previously paid at the vets.

I asked my vet if he could recommend somewhere I can get my cats meds from a bit cheaper than the enormous vet charges and he recommended vetsmed.The only fault I have with this service is the slowness of delivery.i waited almost two weeks for some urgent medication and ended up having to get supplies from my vet again.In order to get your meds in time,you need to order well in advance even though it said 3 to 5 days delivery

I came across your website via Google.co.uk when searching for Feliway plug in diffuser. The website was well laid out, provided useful informative advice & reviews and a wide selection of pet products. I was able to find what I was looking and purchase my item with confidence and ease. My only reservation was egarding shipping costs and delivery time. A reasonable cost for next day delivery for a small item would provide the customer with more confidence. The standard shipping delivery took one week. Which was a little too long. Apart from that a satisfying experience.

We use VetMeds regularly and are essentially happy with the service. I do however, find it extremely frustrating trying to find items on the website. Even though I am often looking for repeat products I find the search pathways utterly frustrating! One other point that you may fix now that Vetmeds is in new hands - as a nurse I am used to anything relating to medication being very carefully documented. Whenever I receive cat worming tablets there is invariably nothing to tell me what the expiry date is, as the blister packs have usually been cut so that the batch number and expiry are missing. I find it annoying and concerning about potential errors and I'm sure that is probably against the rules! Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. Much appreciated. regards Helen Dickson
