I still haven't received the medicine

I had to chase my order up twice, the first time no response and the second time told it was being dispatched that day. It didn't arrive so I had to chase again to be told their was problems with the supplier. I complained and had a £2 credit applied to my account

Placing my order was excellent .. A 5 star rating. However, in the 10 days since then , although I have recieved an order number and confirmation of said order, I have not received the epilease. I have rung throughout today and every time have gone through to reception who although very helpful, have been unable to tell me anything about my order. I cannot believe that the "order" department have been so very busy that they have not had a moment to return my call or email me. Epilease is a drug that my dog needs daily and I cannot afford to run out. If there is a problem with supply ( I know epilease is hard to get) it is essential I have enough time to order some from the vet. So, this evening an unhappy customer. I hope for better things tomorrow. Many thanks Caroline Annaly

My insurance has recently decided I should buy regular/repeat prescriptions from you. Registering an account was fine, but on the order page but my insurers did not appear on the list and the discount code they gave me was not accepted. I had to phone you twice, each time the person who answered the phone couldn’t help, and I was told someone who could would phone me back. The first time this took over half an hour, the second time they took the message around 5.30 pm and did not ring back at all. I finally rang them at 8.30 pm only to be told there was no-one who could help until the following day. As I would not be contactable then, this would have meant delaying the order for two days. In fact, they did ring back around 8.45 pm but still could not make the system accept your discount code. In the end the order had to be processed over the phone and as I wasn't asked how quickly the order should be sent it was not sent next day delivery as my insurers had promised but took several days to arrive. According to my insurer, this system is supposed to be "quicker and easier" than walking from my vet's consulting room to their desk and collecting the meds. This has certainly not been my experience. I appreciate you will say it is teething problems but the system should have been in place and working before I was told to use it.

At the moment I'm concerned because my order marked as 'shipped' on October 27 still hasn't arrived (November 1)

The service as regards placing the order was very good - easy and fast. However, as we were going on holiday I decided to pay for the delivery (I usually opt for free delivery and it arrives in a couple of days anyway). The delivery took over the three or four days I paid for and hadn't arrived before we left. This meant I had to ask our neighbours to keep popping round to see if it had been delivered. They are both quite elderly and I was concerned they may have had to lift the two heavy bags.

Order was incorrect, not as per website. Took several calls to establish that order incorrect and depicted product not stocked.

The product is excellent. Shame it took 2 weeks to be delivered and that was as a result of me chasing and very little communication from yourselves.

I am sorry we were dissapointed this time as the order didnt come as quick and i received dog nail clippers which i didnt need instead of a flea comb iwould of rather of been credited for this item or the item sent later as the clippers arnt going to find the fleas but the price is better than my vets so i would still use tjis site

Haven't received it yet! Missed the post and couldn't find the card to call and re - deliver so I called you to chase it up that was over a week ago and still haven't received it! So I can't review something I haven't got yet...sorry!

Delivery was late, I called twice to check and was told I would receive a callback and didn't. I then emailed and did receive a response but there was no acknowledgement that the order was late.

Very disappointed as nearly all the tins of Royal Canin Sensitivity Chicken & Rice you sent were very dented & damaged throughout the whole tray, not just the tins on the edge of the pack. Although your dispatch time is good I will not be purchasing from you again as I do not want to buy damaged stock

My insurance provider Petprotect instructed me to use you and provide yourself with repeat prescriptions for 6 months of medication. I did this and paid for all 6 months up front. I followed this up with a phone call to make sure the medicine would be dispatched in intervals over the 6 months which they assured me it would which was important for me as my medication (Atopica) has a shelf life. I was needless to say disappointed that all 6 months arrived in the same shipment. I have since been in touch with my own vet who is going to contact Petprotect to see if they can continue to provide my medication at a price to match yourselves as it is more inconvenient for myself to purchase from you as I have to take my cat to the vet each time a prescription is needed, complete claim forms myself, obtain prescriptions from my vet and arrange for someone to be in when my medication is delivered. Previously I went to my vet without having to take my cat for an examination, got my medication there and then and they completed the claim form on my behalf with no inconvenience to myself.

2 of 3 items of stock i ordered and paid for did not arrive. Handwriten note on the despatch note said refund for those items had been applied...one month later i realised it hadnt and had to get in touch to be refunded for stock i paid for but was not delivered. Not good enough

Hi Steven ORDER NO. 153732 Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience this time with my prescription dog food order. Your customer services assistants were always very helpful but I never received the goods I ordered despite being told 3 times that I would (Parcel Force were to blame apparently). I think it would be helpful should the same thing happen again for you to send out a replacement order straight away by next day delivery. I don't want to risk ordering my dog's food from you again as I actually ran out as I was waiting so long (2 weeks from date of order) which isn't great as she needs that particular food as she suffers from pancreatitis. Also the first order I placed with you arrived promptly but you sent the regular Hills Prescription I/D and not the Low Fat version which I ordered (I didn't bother to report this to you as my dog is fine with the non low fat version). Sorry to be so negative but as I said, your customer service assistants were always very professional, polite and efficient and I received an email promptly on request telling me that I would get a refund.

I phoned on Saturday 30th September to confirm you had received the faxed prescription from my vet. I phoned three times with three promises that someonewould ring me back - no one phoned me and no message was left on my answer phone. I had the vet fax you a second copy to hopefully ensure that you had the appropriate prescription for what are life required medication for my dog. Although the drugs are cheaper from you company your customer is crap. I will not be using you again.
