I have made a few orders via yourselves, my last but one order was sent efficiently but when I ordered this time I was told the order could not be sent as I had mistakenly sent the copy prescription and not the original. Although you had sent the first months supply against it. The initial contact also took a few days. This caused a delay obviously and I ran out of tablets for my dog.

To slow at delivery and to cheap either. will shop locally in the future.

While the prices and competitive. I was disappointed in the customer service when I had to phone to sort out me urgent medication order. I made numerous call each day - being told someone would call me back, it took days of that I was at the point of no pills left for my very poorly dog. great range but service needs improving.

Disappointed with the fact I paid additional fee for 3-4 day delivery, and it was delivered to the Holiday Park today! Also no tracking made available on the delivery. Also no notice of delivery date from Parcel firm, and also no 90 min warning received on previous orders. Relied on noticce of delivery time to the holiday Park we only arrived at today, when parcel not expected

We bought a collar which was suppose to calm our Yorkshire terrier, it was a plastic collar and had no effect at all, this would not have been too bad except it cost us £17. What waste of money, if they care about their customers they should stop selling this type of rubbish.

Well the first order never arrived which meant that the second order took almost 3 weeks to arrive but very please with the cream

I paid for express deliver and still had to wait three days,so was not to happy about it,we got it quicker when we paid normal deliverer.

I'm sorry to have to say this but customer service is rubbish, for instance I posted a prescription to the company and phoned a few days after asking where the medication was that I had ordered, reply was 'haven't received your prescription' so I then had to get on to my vets and ask them to fax over another prescription which they did, I rang your company and asked if they had received it, no was the answer, so I contacted my vet again and asked them to re-send it and this time your company response was yes we've received it but at it was after 3 on Friday the medication wouldn't be despatched until Monday, this was way to late so I had to make a trip to my vets (which is quite a distance from me) and purchase the medication at an extremely high price but my dog needed his tablets. The next time I sent the prescription recorded delivery, I traced it, saw it had been delivered and who signed for it then placed my order, only to be told 'we haven't received your prescription but this time I had all the information required so that someone could look for it, eventually it was found and I received the order (which was for half of the amount on the prescription) a month later I ordered the remaining tablets (bearing in mind that the prescription was held there) , no tablets received, I phoned and was told we don't have a prescription arrrrrggghhhhh eventually it was found and the tablets despatched, I have so much hassle when ordering from this company that it's not worth the few pence that I save.

I contacted your office with my change of address and phone number, reordered my dogs medication and was told I would be contacted if there where any problems. 7 days later still I had not received my order. Payment had been taken, emails received to tell me this but nobody bothered to call or email me to say their was a problem. I phoned and chased the order and was told I didn't have a prescription. You hold a six month prescription, they located it and told me medication was not dispensed as the prescription was registered to a different address - of course it was I HAD MOVED HOUSE! The medication was then dispensed it was supposed to arrive the following day as my dog was without medication - the medication did not arrive until 4 days later. Not good enough really.

Reordered drugs after 5 weeks only to find that price had risen from £59 to £70 (18%+) while same is available at £40 elsewhere. Was in a hurry so did not compare prices. This was my mistake but do prices really need to rise so much in a short period, Complained but only offered generic response. Will go elsewhere in future. Moral of the story is there is a reason that no customer has given these guys a good or excellent rating!

I have been using this company for a while, with no problems. Have just been told I cannot get tablets due to my prescription being out of date. They can't use prescriptions now over 6 months old and they were only notified six weeks ago. What an absolute joke. Will be taking my business elsewhere. No compensation or anything. Very poor service, so disappointed!!!!!

First, one of the itmes I ordered (advertised as in stock) was out of stock with no delivery date from the supplier. Then my order sat at a packed and ready for dispatch status for 3 days. On querying why, if it was ready, it had not been dispatched I received a rather snotty email back quoting the original delivery estimate (which, thank you, I do actually know - that's not what I was asking!!!) Finally, one of the items was crushed in the post. Complained and asked for a refund but no response as yet. Will definitely not use again and would not recommend!!

Terrible customer service, I am beginning to think the telephones operators are in on the scam now - 13 phone calls now - all with the promise of calling me back with regard to my refund - not a peep! BEWARE IF YOU ARE OWED ANY MONEY DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE YOU WILL NOT GET IT - TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR PLAIN ARROGANCE? YOU DECIDE!

Made my 10th phone call today to Vetmedsdirect - still no refund - same answers every time - we will pass the message on / the payment needs authorising by Steve Curran / We will call you back / the list of excuses in endless! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would be interested to know why my negative review has been removed ? - still waiting for my refund, still waiting for STEVE CURRAN to call me back re my refund - you have my email address, my paypal transaction number, my mobile number and my home number - YET STILL NO REFUND - 6 PHONE CALLS LATER AND I AM STILL BEING FOBBED OFF - THAT IS WHEN YOU CAN BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!
