I have been waiting and still am for my order for my cat. You have had my money and I have had no response in the form of a product. Can you please sort this out a.s.a.p. I would not be recommending youu to anyone else. Lynda Chandler

Nothing wrong with the meds received, just took a long time to arrive and consequently I have moved on to another company who are able to get products to me that arrive within 48 hours.

I ordered some vetmedin tablets for my dog and paid extra to get them delivered quicker. I did not receive them when they were due so 2 days on the trot I had to go to my vets to purchase extra and the one day my dog didn't have her medication because unfortunately I had run out of cash. When I contacted yourselves your representative informed that you were waiting for me to send in a prescription which I knew was wrong. When they looked again I was told that some one had filed away the current prescription and they didn't know why. I was refunded the postal charges but frankly that doesn't take away the fact that my dog had to go without her meds the one day, the expense of having to get more and the stress and concern it caused myself.

I cancelled my order due to the complete lack of understanding your staff had that I needed the medication for my dog quickly and had emailed a copy of the prescription to you with an agreement to post the original the next day and the vets were more than happy to authorise the transaction but your staff would not send the medication before receiving the original prescription. I am now using a different supplier paying more for the medication but getting a far better service

The product I bought was great value for money (much cheaper than on the high street). My only niggle is that my last order wasn't correct when it was delivered as the large kibble arrived rather than the normal kibble I'd ordered and this isn't suitable for one of my dogs. However it wasn't a big problem as it is fortunately suitable for my other dog. Other than that have found vetmeds to give great service and value for money.

While the prices and competitive. I was disappointed in the customer service when I had to phone to sort out me urgent medication order. I made numerous call each day - being told someone would call me back, it took days of that I was at the point of no pills left for my very poorly dog. great range but service needs improving.

I can't write a review as I am still waiting for the pro kolin to arrive , the money was taken out of my bank account on the 8th so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow

Disappointed with the fact I paid additional fee for 3-4 day delivery, and it was delivered to the Holiday Park today! Also no tracking made available on the delivery. Also no notice of delivery date from Parcel firm, and also no 90 min warning received on previous orders. Relied on noticce of delivery time to the holiday Park we only arrived at today, when parcel not expected

You need to write clearly on your web site about prescriptions only allowed to be accepted from the vet direct

We bought a collar which was suppose to calm our Yorkshire terrier, it was a plastic collar and had no effect at all, this would not have been too bad except it cost us £17. What waste of money, if they care about their customers they should stop selling this type of rubbish.

Although I did sign up to free postage, my item took a week to arrive. So in future I will order sooner, but well packaged item and easy to order from the website. Thanks

I finally received my parcel today after two phone calls to you. The delay in receiving the parcel was not your fault but, Parcel Forces fault. They failed to put a card through my door telling me the had tried to deliver when I was not in. They left the parcel in a sub post office way out of my area. They could have left it at my local sub post office which is a two minute walk from me or at the local sorting office which is a 5 min bus journey. Instead of that I had to take 2 buses to collect the parcel. Also the parcel was in a terrible condition when I did collect it. I have actually had occasion to complain to you in the past regarding the packaging of the product Pussy lawn which I order from you on a regular basis. On this occasion the two packs of pussy lawn were contained in a jiffy bag each and then put inside a plastic parcel force bag resulting in the foil containers of pussy lawn being squashed flat and the tin foil trays cracked and torn, the contents when opening the jiffy bags were all over the place. they inevitably ended up in the bin. So I'm really not a happy bunny on this occasion I'm sorry to say. It's disappointing because the service you provide is normally quite good. Yours faithfully Carole Johnstone.

I can't remember what I ordered. Was it a non bark collar or some Dog Ear treatment? You should remind customers of their order when you E Mail. Regards, Terry

I sent your company an email regarding my Order you did not even respond. As your system didn't confirm my order properly. I'll have to consider wether or not to place any future orders with your company.
