I had no idea what had been ordered. A repeat of my last item/s ordered would have enabled me to give some feedback as to it's rating. The item arrived safely with nothing and ordered does

Well the first order never arrived which meant that the second order took almost 3 weeks to arrive but very please with the cream

I paid for express deliver and still had to wait three days,so was not to happy about it,we got it quicker when we paid normal deliverer.

I've Vetmedsdirect over the last year or so and until this order have had no problem this time the delivery company has changed and it took much longer and I had to go and get my delivery from the persons car as she was unable to carry it.

I bought a tub of proreward liver treats & upon receiving it I found there was no plastic lid to reseal the tub I rung back to ask for a lid to be sent to me I was put through to dispatch & spoke to the foreman? who promised me somebody would ring back in 5 mins that was 2 months? ago so if this is how you treat your customers I think I will be going somewhere else!!!!!

Started the process of trying to buy a simple pack of Advocate for my Pointer with a scanned attachment of my very expensive prescription ( more than a human one) the whole process took from 25th August to the 8th of September. No doubt you can gather an unnecessary waste of time on my part. By the time I had finished emailing and sending everything in the post, I wondered why I had bothered to try and save any money as with my time and the cost in getting to the end result.......... It would have been cheaper to have purchased from my local vet. Too much red tape and bureaucracy i'm afraid!

I think the service is good value compared to vetinary prices, but I seem to have to wait five days for delivery which seems rather a long time. Also the price I am charged seems to vary between £23 something and £25 something when Im ordering the same one item.

Order placed on a Tuesday - paid excess delivery charge for delivery 'within 2 working days' When no delivery by Thurs PM found that it had been ordered too late to qualify for 2 day delivery. No problem - Friday would be soon enough. On speaking to headquarters found that it was not even down for this. '' they would make a special case'' and put it down for Saturday delivery. TOO LATE. Cat had to go into cattery without adequate supply of vet prescribed diet. No refund of delivery payment taken under false pretenses. Will never order from this company again.

I'm sorry to have to say this but customer service is rubbish, for instance I posted a prescription to the company and phoned a few days after asking where the medication was that I had ordered, reply was 'haven't received your prescription' so I then had to get on to my vets and ask them to fax over another prescription which they did, I rang your company and asked if they had received it, no was the answer, so I contacted my vet again and asked them to re-send it and this time your company response was yes we've received it but at it was after 3 on Friday the medication wouldn't be despatched until Monday, this was way to late so I had to make a trip to my vets (which is quite a distance from me) and purchase the medication at an extremely high price but my dog needed his tablets. The next time I sent the prescription recorded delivery, I traced it, saw it had been delivered and who signed for it then placed my order, only to be told 'we haven't received your prescription but this time I had all the information required so that someone could look for it, eventually it was found and I received the order (which was for half of the amount on the prescription) a month later I ordered the remaining tablets (bearing in mind that the prescription was held there) , no tablets received, I phoned and was told we don't have a prescription arrrrrggghhhhh eventually it was found and the tablets despatched, I have so much hassle when ordering from this company that it's not worth the few pence that I save.

I contacted your office with my change of address and phone number, reordered my dogs medication and was told I would be contacted if there where any problems. 7 days later still I had not received my order. Payment had been taken, emails received to tell me this but nobody bothered to call or email me to say their was a problem. I phoned and chased the order and was told I didn't have a prescription. You hold a six month prescription, they located it and told me medication was not dispensed as the prescription was registered to a different address - of course it was I HAD MOVED HOUSE! The medication was then dispensed it was supposed to arrive the following day as my dog was without medication - the medication did not arrive until 4 days later. Not good enough really.

The first time I did it was better just like when I did it on phone order & delivery, but the second time it was not so good, it said Hermes was delivering it plus they took it to my neighbour. I had spoke to the parcel force chap that brought it first time, showed him where to leave it, did not need a signature he was ok with it. The second time was not the same.

Never received an order and had alot of inconvenience trying to get another delivered. However eventually received it. Probably wouldnt use this site again.
