I am still awaiting the balance of monies from my order. Paid for 200ml of Metacalm & was sent 180 ml.

When my order arrived only part had been dispatched as the other item was out of stock but I was never informed of this. I even had an email which notified me both items had been processed. When I contacted the firm in June or July I was offered a £5 credit off my next order. I am still waiting for it.

I have now had 2 deliveries of Royal Canin GI Low Fat Tinned Dog Food and I am appalled at the state of the tins, bashed, bent and some actually leaking !! - The first delivery I thought someone had dropped a case, we lost about 4 tins and since this is VERY expensive food it's unacceptable. So imagine my horror when I ordered a further 10 cases to find almost half the delivery is bashed and leaking. Still waiting on a reply from Vet Meds - I would NOT recommend Vet Meds.

Rather disappointed some of the tins were crushed and some had burst open - I had to throw them away

I had to chase my order up twice, the first time no response and the second time told it was being dispatched that day. It didn't arrive so I had to chase again to be told their was problems with the supplier. I complained and had a £2 credit applied to my account

Thankyou for inviting me to leaving a review unfortunately I was very disappointed first of all the 2 items I ordered and paid for weren't in stock I wasn't notified for 3 days someone did call me on my mobile while I was driving I did ask if she could call me back in 15minutes which she didn't 2 days later I had notification these items were not in stock by email I had planned on worming my horses that weekend so my plans were put on hold despite paying and ordering a week earlier I was offered to order a different product but this would cost an additional £5.18 twice I had to request a refund it was 2 weeks before I received it if I hadn't requested a second time I wouldn't have even got my refund so I cannot use your company again or recommend.it.

a little concerned after a few days as I hadn't received drugs was concerned prescription had not arrived to you and tabs would not have got back to me before holiday had ordered a week before holiday but good service and price

Placing my order was excellent .. A 5 star rating. However, in the 10 days since then , although I have recieved an order number and confirmation of said order, I have not received the epilease. I have rung throughout today and every time have gone through to reception who although very helpful, have been unable to tell me anything about my order. I cannot believe that the "order" department have been so very busy that they have not had a moment to return my call or email me. Epilease is a drug that my dog needs daily and I cannot afford to run out. If there is a problem with supply ( I know epilease is hard to get) it is essential I have enough time to order some from the vet. So, this evening an unhappy customer. I hope for better things tomorrow. Many thanks Caroline Annaly

I would suggest that website makes it clearer that one can order 1 PILL. When I ordered a quantity of 1, I assumed I was ordering a bottle of 30 or 60 pills. Otherwise all good.

My insurance has recently decided I should buy regular/repeat prescriptions from you. Registering an account was fine, but on the order page but my insurers did not appear on the list and the discount code they gave me was not accepted. I had to phone you twice, each time the person who answered the phone couldn’t help, and I was told someone who could would phone me back. The first time this took over half an hour, the second time they took the message around 5.30 pm and did not ring back at all. I finally rang them at 8.30 pm only to be told there was no-one who could help until the following day. As I would not be contactable then, this would have meant delaying the order for two days. In fact, they did ring back around 8.45 pm but still could not make the system accept your discount code. In the end the order had to be processed over the phone and as I wasn't asked how quickly the order should be sent it was not sent next day delivery as my insurers had promised but took several days to arrive. According to my insurer, this system is supposed to be "quicker and easier" than walking from my vet's consulting room to their desk and collecting the meds. This has certainly not been my experience. I appreciate you will say it is teething problems but the system should have been in place and working before I was told to use it.

Made phone contact with query and informed somebody would reply by phone or email but as yet had no response. Posted prescription anyway but have no idea what stage order is at at present or hen I can expect receipt of order.

The process of repeat prescriptions is more involved than obtaining the medication from the local vet. I understand there are significant cost savings to be had. I am not sure why when ordering 180 medrone tablets we first received two bottles , one of 25 tablets and one of 35 tablets.. The balance did not follow till the original copy of the prescription reached you. even though you had the scanned copy as requested

Your service is fine as long as everything goes right. When I received the wrong order by mistake I telephoned 4 times and no one returned my call. All I wanted was to find out about my order and it took an email before I got a reply. All was fine in the end but a little communication does go a long way.

The service as regards placing the order was very good - easy and fast. However, as we were going on holiday I decided to pay for the delivery (I usually opt for free delivery and it arrives in a couple of days anyway). The delivery took over the three or four days I paid for and hadn't arrived before we left. This meant I had to ask our neighbours to keep popping round to see if it had been delivered. They are both quite elderly and I was concerned they may have had to lift the two heavy bags.
