“My order took quite a long time but was truly worth the wait. As a consolation, I was given a little discount in my price for the inconvenience of having to wait longer. This was actually a gift for my grandson (we have them in our home and he loved it so I got him one for his bathroom), who’s birthday was in June. He had to wait until September to get it.
You can buy this product locally at Home Depot, but it is not the same model and does not have the same features. It is slightly less expensive. Costco also had a Toto brand washlet at their warehouses but it too did not include all the features as the one we purchased.
Your staff sent me updates as to when it was being shipped and also I received a delivery receipt; all very helpful.

“I purchased 3 toilets bowls, tanks and seats. The online shopping and check-out process was super smooth and easy. The items also shipped and arrived FAST. The delivery guy was also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely order from Vevano again. One suggestion for next time would be that if the items are delivered on a wooden pallet, it would be best if that pallet could be returned to Vevano and re-used...I had no use for it at a residential home and it's cumbersome/challenging to throw away! “I’m not one to write reviews but this experience was by far so amazing I had to acknowledge Vevano for their hard work and amazing customer service. I was in need of a sink in specific dimensions to account for my kitchen plumbing. Searching everywhere I finally found it and Vevano homes had the sink at a reduced cost (by about 200-300 USD) as compared to big box realtors! When I received the sink it was initially broken, but after call Vevano’s customer service they had a new sink shipped and delivered within 2-3 days.
