“I rated Viator "Very Good" because that is the highest rating currently allowed. If they had "Excellent" I would have used that! I received MORE than I paid for with ALL my Viator reservations. (I think I made three separate tours.) These tours ALL worked out EXACTLY as planned. In one instance, I met the tour group exactly where my ticket stated. No problems. Then our guide gave us a nice tour of the Eiffel Tower. She gave me three tickets: one to reach the summit of the tower (I could use at my own convenience and stay on the top of the tower as long as I wanted.) Then I received a ticket for a boat ride on the river Seine. It could be used at night or during the day. I had already taken a night boat ride (which was magnificent, by the way) so I took the daytime ride. Then I used my ticket to "skip the line" and enter The Louvre. NOT a guided tour, but there were MANY signs pointing to the Mona Lisa. After that, I browsed until the museum closed!”

“Viator is a great planning resource, especially for travelers to a place for the first time. We've used Viator to make tour reservations in York, UK, Berlin , Germany and Madrid, Spain. We've always been satisfied with the tours, and never had a problem. Prices are reasonable, and we've never had a tour cancelled.”

“Excellent tour of the Battle of Franklin which is part of Civil War history. It is very informative regarding the experience of three families during this 5 hour war. A must see.”

“Used them for 3 services in Paris. 2 were great!!! But they failed on one!! They were not at the airport for the airport to hotel transfer.”

“I booked a tour 7 days prior to travelling. The email I received from Viator advised that I would receive Another email to confirm the booking. I did not receive confirmation so I emailed Viator, because not only did I not know if the tour was booked, I did not know the meeting place for the tour or the start time. I received no reply. At this point I was in Poland and not the UK. I read their website which advised that if I cancelled the booking I still had to pay. I had no other option than to phone the UK on my mobile. The call took 20 minutes while they got confirmation from the tour company!!! There was no apology . The actual tour and the tour operator in Poland was great, but Viator what a disappointment.”

Hello, Thank you for your message, and for providing your booking number. We do show that there was an unfortunate delay in us receiving a reply from the tour operator concerning this confirmation. We do try to chase up with the tour operators to receive their confirmations. Most of the time we have these confirmations within 48 hours without issue. We are sorry to hear this was not the case for you. “As foreigners this tour was an excellent way to learn about the place, it's beauty and the history and culture of the aboriginal population of the center Australia. The tour was well planned, always on time and the drivers and tour guides knowledgeable and fun. Good value for the money.”
