“The Complete Fibre Cleanse is a wonderful find after taking over the counter remedies for years. My only slight gripe is that it is expensive and it lasts for one month. Having said that I will not stop ordering but as mentioned in a previous comment it would be excellent if this could be done on a repeat order at a slightly cheaper price. It would be good to have some feedback on my suggestion too. Many thanks.”

Subscribe and save is something that is being looked into and has been looked into. It's not something that the site structure can currently support, but that is not to say we cannot do it down the line. We do have a membership scheme that allows 10% of your orders (excluding promotions and a few brands). It's £30 a year and many of our customers really do enjoy this. “I used to buy all my vitamins etc from Victoria health, but I'm afraid I got rather fed up with the weekly email and the continual push to buy more, so I stopped my subscription and now only buy very occasionally. Having said that I do think the small number of products I continue to buy are very good. The jury is out however on GOW.”

“I’m now an addict and have spent a fortune as a result of The Weekend Read which I can’t resist. Favourites are the Fulvic Range and the Skin Complex and other recommended vitamins to help teenage acne hareally worked for my 17 year old son’s skin.”

“Good products and very efficient with dealing with orders, but the newsletter is getting ridiculous. The idea that Shabir objects to the weekly offers is absurd. It is a well run slick marketing operation and discounts are given for purely commercial reasons, which benefit the company as well as the consumer. It is why I have given 4 stars not 5.”

“Great website, easy to use and good prices. Delivery is usually insanely quick. Ordered a fair bit from here over the last couple of years, once or twice they've been out of stock, but that's always been shown on the website clearly which is really good. Only once had an issue with them - got sent the wrong product and emailed them to explain. They were exceptionally good about it, and offered a replacement, friendly quick response to my email. However unfortunately I still haven't received the replacement item - it was before Christmas so I'm going to have to chase that up, something I don't like having to do. Who has the time? Overall though, fantastic and consistent service. The news letter is always fun too!”
