“I like Victoria Health ,I read the weekend notes every week & trust Gill’s recommendations ,however , I have been very underwhelmed by my last purchase ..Roadscents Godsmell candle ..the fragrance is weak & the wick is off centre so it burns unevenly . Disappointed.”

“I bought package of three products to rid myself of dark age spots. This has product seems to be helping as spots are fading but it shall require another package to complete removal. My only criticism is that one of the pump bottles does not work requiring me to open completely and therefore using more than needed. Wasteful! Other than the above I really like the product and it’s results.”

“I am revising my previous rating. I received my order the day after my back and forth with customer service by email. There was some misunderstanding about the delivery. Still too early to rate the product as I am still trying it out.”

Thank you for taking the time to review. It is however a little upsetting and disappointing for us to be awarded a one-star review from you when your order was dispatched only one week ago. We are a UK-based business and you are shipping your order to Texas, US. You did not select the express shipping option given to you and therefore it is, as you will have seen from the tracking link shared in transit and on it's way to you and in the US with USPS. Our customer care team is always available to answer your questions and I am aware you have messaged there and we have replied. We accept a bad review if we have failed, but this does seem unfair and damaging to our business. An international package can and should be allowed over a week to reach you. - VH

“I love the product but I think the packaging could be improved. My order qualified for some free extra capsules. ALL the capsules received could have fitted in just one of the containers with room to spare. It seems unnecessary to use excessively sized jars in these times when we are all aware of reducing plastic use. Maybe there is a valid reason for how they are packaged, it just seemed silly to send them in two bottles when one would have sufficed.”

In the case of the travel size, the unit it was placed in was not as we had planned or hoped due to shortages in the market of bottles following Covid. We also have to keep the travel size separate from the main size for many reasons but do understand your feedback and thank you again for sharing. - VH
