Shabir is a qualified pharmacist specialising in natural health products with over forty years of experience and Gill was named as one of the top 1000 influential people in London in the Evening Standard Progress 1000 Awards in October 2019. “Your products arrive very promptly. I am satisfied with Neurophroline serum. Amazingly it seems to help me get to sleep. Eye Reboot Serum was was not helpful.”

“The "Help" staff have answered queries helpfully! It would be easier to learn about products if there were more info on the relevant page, for example with Ultrasun, whether to apply it before or after other products, & with bakuchiol (& other items), how long does it take to have an effect? Also, what is the difference between a guest & a member? And please could Gill tell us her anti-ageing routine, so we know whether to follow hers or Shabir's, & which is best & why?!”

“Love the weekend read ! Ive tried a few products now, always following promotion in the weekend read which I do look forward to receiving . some have been really effective snd others less impressive . After a couple of recent purchases that I e been less impressed with the results I’ve decided I need to do some wider research to check out the effectiveness and to determine if the product will meet my needs”

“Love VH products and the informative newsletters. Would buy anything Shabir promotes as being following his advice long before discovering he's involved with VH. Since the website upgrade disappointed I can no longer see product information when I access using my IPad 😔”

“I am a faithful long standing customer of Victoria health & have always Sung your Praises to my friends but was surprised when I returned an Aromatherapy Assosiates frankincense mix which I had been sent when I had ordered Aromatherapy Associates Frankincense Essential Oil which I had been ordering From Youfor 10 years at least.I now see that the website has changed (unbeknownst to me) But I did not appreciate being told that I had got it wrong. though there is nothing I , or You,Can Do.I amNot happy with AA.”

I am sorry to learn of the above experience and I will be sure to look into it. Having shopped with us for many years you will know and I hope trust and appreciate this is very rare for us. Our customers and their happiness is what is important to us. From time to time formulations and products change out of our control and I can only assume that is what happened in your case. “I really do rate Victoria Health for their first class selection of quality items. However I cannot award five stars because of the membership fee they charge to join their club. Given the thousands of pounds spent with them, I would’ve hoped that my loyalty and spend would merit my membership eligibility without having to pay for it.”

“The Complete Fibre Cleanse is a wonderful find after taking over the counter remedies for years. My only slight gripe is that it is expensive and it lasts for one month. Having said that I will not stop ordering but as mentioned in a previous comment it would be excellent if this could be done on a repeat order at a slightly cheaper price. It would be good to have some feedback on my suggestion too. Many thanks.”

Subscribe and save is something that is being looked into and has been looked into. It's not something that the site structure can currently support, but that is not to say we cannot do it down the line. We do have a membership scheme that allows 10% of your orders (excluding promotions and a few brands). It's £30 a year and many of our customers really do enjoy this. “I used to buy all my vitamins etc from Victoria health, but I'm afraid I got rather fed up with the weekly email and the continual push to buy more, so I stopped my subscription and now only buy very occasionally. Having said that I do think the small number of products I continue to buy are very good. The jury is out however on GOW.”

“I’m now an addict and have spent a fortune as a result of The Weekend Read which I can’t resist. Favourites are the Fulvic Range and the Skin Complex and other recommended vitamins to help teenage acne hareally worked for my 17 year old son’s skin.”
